The furniture we purchased has been great and Sameer was very helpful in making the right choices. Additionally, Source got us in touch with Shane Lochan of SL Installations & Solutions Inc., who did an excellent job at installing all the furniture and helping us make sure everything fit right. He went out of his way to ensure we were satisfied with the products and install. I Would highly recommend them to anyone shopping for office furniture with installation.

Very nice customer service. I like the lady which helped us. She answered all our questions and was efficient when she processed our purchase. We bought office ergonomic chairs. We will see how effective they turn out after we start using them.

Garbage salesman. Such a waste of time. He said he will give me extra discounts and afterwards he said he can’t do anything. I liked the product but customer service was poor and I ended up getting it from flexispot desk worth $1100. I don’t care about discount when it comes to quality. I told him I don’t like the up/down console remote and he said “Then perhaps you can design one for us”

Recently i purchased a chair set and both the arm rest and tool set was missing in the box and i asked the sales person (harilal) and he told me, this is a well established firm and it happens usually??And he taught me how this kind of established corporate works to cheat customers?You are really a good sales person!!Great bro!!

Good prices, exceptional service.Recently completed an entire office overhaul and would like to share that the staff at Source Office Furniture Brampton have been extremely helpful. What really blew us away was the furniture install after service provided by SL Installations. Their continuous communication of updates and the level of customer service delivered was nothing like we have ever experienced before. They took deliberate steps to minimize disruption of our daily operations while assembling all of our new furniture with extreme care. Throughout the entire time they were here, we felt there was a meticulous level of attention to detail towards everything they were doing- from beginning to end. We work with various contractors daily so we recognize not all are equal. We truly believe we should give credit where credit is due, hence this review.Special thanks again to Hari from Source Office Furniture for carefully putting our large order together along with both Shane and Kevin from SL Installations for redefining what true quality customer service should feel like.

I've had a great experience with this store in Brampton. Great chairs, great customer services and amazing installation from SL Installations & Solutions Inc. Kevin Ramnath was great to get the installation scheduled quickly and Pepe amazing on getting the job done and chairs all assembled. The installation was done fast and properly and they even provided us with a quick demo on how to adjust the chairs properly. Thank you for the great service provided.

Terrible customer service. Wasn’t acknowledged once while browsing their merchandise for ~30mins. During my visit I noticed a sales associate speaking with a customer - I wanted to avoid interrupting but since there was other help to be found, I decided to try and ask her a question. I was rudely informed that she was indeed the only worker that day (a Saturday, I believe) and was told to go wait patiently for my turn. She hastily provided me with some estimates for a single office chair I was interested in and told me someone would contact me later… I was never contacted. I can understand the hassle of being understaffed, but some effort could be made to let customers know before wasting their time. Safe to say I won’t be back!

We have been renovating our office in Newmarket and have had the need to replace boardroom and office furniture. Both times I dealt with Farida Kalyegira. She was outstanding! She made the ordering process so simple for me, had a great sense of humour and went above and beyond to get the furniture delivered to me as quickly as possible. The quality of the furniture was great and we've had numerous people asking where it came from. I highly recommend this store and if you get to deal with Farida, then that's just a bonus!

Please stay away from salespeople, Hari. He is working as if he is forced to work. He does not want to assist and are not interested in closing a deal. Not sure why they are working there. Also, I am waiting on part of my order since March, which was promised to be delivered by March end of 2022. After constant follow up, I have learned the order will be delivered in Nov end at earliest. Overall, not an experience you want to go through with any place.
