Not really great experience. I went to purchase pillows. When I went in, both the ladies working there didn’t even bother to leave their desk to show meThe options they have. However as soon as another white couple walked in one of the lady started helping them (I amAsian).Finally after I checked all the pillows myself, when I said I want to purchase tranquil lavender pillow which was on display with the note “hot sale”, lady at the desk told me it’s not in stock and in fact company stopped the production. I don’t understand, if it’s not in stock and company stopped making it then why would you even keep it on display??!! Very bad service and disappointing

If I could rate my experience 0 stars, I would. My family went to purchase a bed for my ill and elderly grandparents. During our 2 hour visit to the store, workers were very pleasant. We bought a bed, headboard, and a bed protector. The headboard was selected with guidance and recommendations from workers at the store who assured it would fit the bed. We bought all the items and elected for them to be delivered. So far, so good. Then the delivery day came! The delivery drivers were supposed to bring all 3 items purchased and set them all up for my grandparents. They came with only the bed and headboard. They also did not come with any of the proper equipment to set up the bed. After my grandmother found tools, they began putting the bed together. They then told us that the headboard was not compatible with the bed (even though the store ensured us that it would be and we purchased it on the recommendation of the store). The delivery drivers then refused to take the incompatible headboard back with them. When talking to customer service later they said we could not get a refund because we accepted the package. Over the past week, we have been on the phone with customer service over 16 times. It has taken that long to get them to agree to exchange the headboard. Finally yesterday a proper headboard arrived and was installed. We then realized that none of the bolts were tightened and we had to fix the installation ourselves. As for this magical bed protector… we have been told every story in the book and it is still not here. Requesting to speak to a supervisor on Customer Service is impossible as well. While the majority of this negative review is for customer service and not the Brampton location, I wish this location would have taken the time to ensure the compatibility and availability of both the headboard and bed protector prior to purchase. This has been the most frustrating and time consuming retail experience that I have ever had. 0 out of 5 stars.

Great service from in store sales to delivery team. Great customer service. Kept inform throughout. Delivery team was friendly. Came in with there boots covered so no dirt on floors. Installation was quick. Will recommend to family and friends

Jim must be the worst sales man I have ever experienced. Don’t expect him to greet you when you come in and don’t expect him to help you in anyway. He doesn’t want business and he won’t answer your questions

We just left this location after going in for our first time to look for a new mattress for my parents. The salesman told us the sales and told us to ask him if we need any help, we were taking our time looking and my parents found a mattress they like, while we were discussing the price and other options the salesman was just down the row of beds from us talking to himself under his breath “are you going to buy something or are you just keeping something from me. “ so we left, we were seriously looking to buy and after being treated so rudely we will definitely never return to this store. There should not be a problem to discuss among family when making a large purchase from a rude sales person, really disappointing experience since we were just about to decide to purchase the mattress.

I have bought a few sleeping accessories from this particular location and everything turned out good. They were just as advertised and what I expected. The location is very convenient and can easily find lots of parking in the lot. I would go back again if I needed other accessories.

I’m extremely disappointed with sleep country’s customer service. I was delivered a pillow and when I opened the box the pillow was damaged. I called customer service and I was advised to go to the nearest sleep country and they can exchange or order a new pillow for me. I went to the Brampton location. The customer rep who was working there was extremely rude and disrespectful. His name was Govind Munjal. He told me he can’t do anything because the box is open and he is “ too busy” to look into this issue and told me to come back some other time. I have always been a regular customer with sleep country but after this incident, I will never be retuning back. Extremely disappointed to see the company hires people who are unprofessional and have no ideas on how to deal with you customer’s problems. Waste of money and time.

Jim is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to the perfect mattress selection. He was very patient with us while we tried multiple mattresses. We were given a very good price as well!
