Bought a firm mattress for $1400, started sagging just a year after. Tried raising a claim, the team just keeps finding reasons to reject the claim. Highly suggest, don't fall a victim wasting your money

The sales staff at the location are good and helpful. They have different types of mattresses available as well to try out which makes it easy to choose. However once you place the order their delivery service is the worst I have experienced so far.When placing the order the sales person told me delivery will be contactless, provided me with 3hours window for a specific date and said that mattress will be delivered in box and will be left at front door since it's contactless delivery. On 1st delivery attempt delivery guy called outside for provided 3 hour window, told me I would have to sign and accept delivery now, since I declined they left without leaving box at door. After that I called the store so they said I need to pay 99$ for rescheduling or else I need to go to warehouse for pickup. After long arguing they finally agreed to deliver again for free and asked to stay home, only for delivery guy to leave the box at the door. They did not call, asked for signature or even knocked the door or ring bell.If they wanted to leave at the door they could have just done it on the 1st delivery, but instead they made me wait for another week and tried to charge me 99$ as redelivery fee.

I ordered a full size split box and they messed up the order. They sent one half as full size split and the other half as full size xl split. It looks uneven. I've been following up with their Customer Service. No resolution in sight.In the past I've had no complaints with them, but this recent experience does not go down well.

If I am solely basing this on the in-store experience they get 5 stars.The in-store experience was AMAZING! Rafael and Sarah at your Brampton (Wanless/Hurontario) location, were incredible. Very focused on the customer experience, asking the right questions and ensuring I got the right mattress. Rafael went above and beyond what I was expecting. I could not ask for a better team at that store. They worked wonderful together.If I could rate the delivery it would be 2.5/5 stars.The delivery was a different issue and was less than impressive. I was given the time slot of 3-6pm. I had an appointment at 6:30 and no one had called or showed up by 6:05PM. I had to get family help for the delivery. They showed up at 6:20PM with no apology for being late. They didn't even call to let me know. We had called the store and left a message at 6:10PM and no one ever returned that call.
