Bought safety shoes on Jan 26, 2023. Almost 7 months old spent $170 on the shoes but now a crack appeared on the top of the shoe. But the store refused to exchange it as they said the soul wore out, and they couldn't do anything. They expect when you buy a pair, do not wear it and just put it in a showcase, only then they will give you a warranty but they said one year warranty when I bought it.

Excellent Customer Services provided by store, I bought shoes last summer and I checked approximately 5 months after purchase when I opened the box and see both shoes are for one side. I approached to store with the box and they arranged correct pair within 3 days. Mistakes are happened but I really appreciated the Customer service of the store and highly recommending to family and community.

Very nice store. Had Adidas and Puma on sale. Not a ton of variety but still many. The staff Daniel was very nice..let us stay even after the store closed and got us all the sizes from the back
