Supplier of Mcgillvray flooring to my local HH. Zero support! After 2 months the flooring was cracking in traffic areas along seams etc. I installed 2000sq ft of this flooring and right away got a hold of local store and they reached out to this supplier. 8 months later no support.My new house build and they said my sub floor wasn't installed properly (without inspecting i might add!) What a joke! 8 months later I have a house full of garbage flooring and need to replace! I will not be letting this go.

I had installed Engineered flooring ( Connel Hickory Lexington) in 2020. Since that installation the flooring has separated in several spots throughout. I called the Rep in March 2023 and the Rep came in to inspect and he said that it was definitely not an installation or humidity problem. He took pictures to send to the claims department and had me send a sample of the flooring to him. I have not heard a thing from the company in almost 6 months. I am very disappointed with this company and the product that they make. I have left a message with the Sale Rep Jason Robillard and hope to hear from him.

Flooring doesn’t look like laminate. Easy to install. The one negative is if there is a warranty issue, good luck. Very had to get someone to reply via phone or email.

Honestly slowest company ever, 1.5 hours for a box of tiles and a box of glue, I could have walked the entire warehouse twice to find the products. Unacceptable wish there was 0 ratings. Do not go here unless you absolutely have to, trust me you'll thank me.

Engineered hardwood is expensive and warranty is important. Within months of installation the colour started coming off. Just about every plank has one end or plank sides turning white. GE Shnier rep came out and stated manufacture was fine but homeowner must have somehow wrecked the floor. Didn't offer any proof to support conclusion. Independent accredited flooring inspector report, at a cost of $525.00, my expense, detailed failure not caused by homeowner but was due to manufacturing problem. His conclusions were fully documented. While GE Shnier has not disputed the report they prefer to ignore it. I filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau also and that has now concluded with GE Shnier denying warranty because the floor retailer was responsible for inspecting each plank prior to installation. Flaws not visible at time of install but it appears flawed flooring must have been shipped and because it was installed there is no warranty. The 25 year manufacturer's warranty appears to be an illusion once flooring installed. Company response included. Flooring needs to be replaced but will not be purchasing from this company. Over $20,000 down the drain.

I've been going here for 10yrs and they used to be prompt and fast and very service oriented.. everything seemed to turn around in the last 2 months or so they are absolutely horrible to deal with now. You can call in or email or anything to try speed things up. Nothing works. I expressed my concerns to a higher up gentleman after waiting 1.5hrs and he had everyone else to blame and that i wasn't helping the situation. . Totally disappointed

Do not buy their vinyl commercial product! I was sold on their 15 year warranty. This product would be bulletproof and stand up to anything. It was installed through out my entire office. After only a year the boards started bubbling and peeling through all it's layers under the weight of a rolling chair. The installer, who was great in the process, replaced a few boards early, but the problem continued and got worse! Finally the manufacturer showed up at my office with the installer to view the failing product. After months I got this message, "Shnier is not covering the damaged boards under warranty...rubber casters are recommended". I have bought 100 office chairs in my lifetime and have never had rubber wheels. And if I had have been told that "rubber casters were needed", which I wasn't, I would have chosen a different product as retrofitting 100 chair wheels would have been a huge cost and effort. Now I am faced with owning a product that will continue to fail and look horrible to clients when they visit my office over the next several years, until I can afford to replace the entire job! Terrible customer experience!

As a manager of one of the retailors that deals with these crocks, I can truely say stay away from anything they sell..they say they have warranties but they do not keep..They keep postponing you and lying to you, it has been 7 months now, nothing is fixed, the guy actually does not answer his cell phone..
