“The corporation itself is an extraordinary example of consistent best quality work, I’ve never had an unsolved issue with their services although I used them extensively to ship my parcels from three different countries in the past ten years, it is quite unusual to never have one negative mark given that I shipped to over 40 countries this year alone, it’s a pity they don’t offer domestic shipping here in Canada, they are a little bit pricey though, I guess demanding the best quality AND the best price is a silly thing we may just have to drop it someday for good.

They usually deliver my parcels to the US within 48 hrs. and require signature on delivery, they give the receiver the option to approve delivery without signature via email or text message, which is the best practice to face “I didn’t receive it” rising claims, they also give receivers a chance to reschedule delivery via their website, they attempt delivery twice then hold the parcel for collection. One would expect everybody to be happy with this but still, some customers choose not to take the risk of delivery without signature (intentionally or by not giving their contact info in the first place) and miss all delivery chances, then get angry when they know they have to come sign and collect their parcels.

The staff here are professional, courteous and friendly, a pleasant experience every single time!
