I go there often now , put some gas in use their washroom. It's always clean there and the pumps work .

Unbelievable location. First the touchscreen doesn’t work on the pump I tried, so I can’t confirm the amount after tapping my card, then another pump is down, and the same issue on the third pump. Finally I go inside to prepay only to find out they’re out of 91 octane here!

Fraud pump. I am damn sure i pressed 87 grade but they charged me for 91. Went to speak to the guy and his face went all red and shaky. Asked him to check recording, and they have just precisely hidden that area where you press numbers. Cheaters!! No support, no complaint taken, no one to complaint to!! Shell lost a customer just because of this fraud pump. Atleast just take complaint and see what can be done, what went wrong but just want to be rude and arrogant that our pumps are fine and the customer is a liar and does not remember what they did. To my surprise other customers gave similar google reviews about their cheating.

?Scam! Seems like they want you to pay more money without knowing❗️If you were giving them the benefit of the doubt you would say it is a tech issue. I went to pump number 4 on the morning of April 24. I pressed bronze to pump my gas. Each time I pushed bronze it would rotate between the second and first most expensive grade on gas. They would light up instead of the bronze pump I continued to push. IF YOU ARE NOT PAYING ATTENTION YOU WILL ACCIDENTALLY BUY THE MORE EXPENSIVE GAS. My fear is that this is intentional. I intend to find a way to report them to someone who regulates this because this is not ok. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE, pay attention to the grade that lights up in comparison to the grade you pressed, and if you experience the same thing do not stay silent about it. If the owner reads this I urge you to do the right thing and make the change on your own!

Im a regular customer of this gas station and have been attended by almost every cashier who work here but never get a good customer service from any of them. They are always rude and never speak to you politely. No doubt gas station is good and almost have everything bun not a good staff??

They don't let you inside to buy what you need. They keep the doors locked and point at the tiny 1ft-square window as if he's going to walk around the store for me grabbing my list of things while I stand there in the -10C temperature in a blizzard.Is this for real?
