The manager at this gas station is very rude unprofessional and a racist towards white people. The lady followed me around the store accused me of stealing and then told me to go back to my own country. I was very confused because I'm a regular customer at this gas station.

This is one of the most annoying gas stations around. In fact most Shell gas stations are like this. Must prepay but can't tap. When you're done the receipt is available inside the store. I don't know if the printers are out of paper or broken but this has happened several times

There is one guy who has worn the turban. He was cleaning and he saw me three times I was calling him bro I need to pour the oil my tank is empty he was shaking his head. Then I waited for to him for five minutes after that he came. Why people do like this if I had a honour of shell I closed your shop for ever

Let’s start off by saying!! The car wash prices are way to expensive for the quality of service. Second my car wasn’t clean and still had the same dirt and mud all over the tires that I entered the wash with when I exited. Third I suggest shell reconsider replacing that light up wash system to system that can wash cars a little bit more effectively. For $20.00 I could have went to Esso and get a way better clean and shine.The listed pics is unacceptable!! And improvements needs to be made. And some type of compensation needs to be given to customers when the quality of service isn’t up to standards, and shell employees shouldn’t be giving any form of attitude to customers asking a refund due to poor service.

This was my first time using the car wash . I paid for the ultimate one . My suv was the same as I went in . Not happy . Still has receipt and had to go somewhere else to get it washed
