Leslie keeps this place spotlessly clean. The grounds, the units, even the walls are perfect here. The facilities are easy to find and well stocked. Front lobby was in impeccable condition. Wonderful customer service.

Fenella and Steph are helpful and friendly when I came to inquire about the units. They are open 7 days/week, 24hr access so that's convenient for me, and it's gated so I feel secured. I also got my boxes and packing stuff from them for a good deal. All in all, the staff are very thorough, the storage place is clean and secured, and I highly recommend their services.

As a customer who values security and reliable service, I'm deeply disappointed with my experience at Safe Storage Depot, It's safe to say that "safe" is a gross misnomer for this establishment.
First and foremost, their customer service is abysmal. The staff seem disinterested and lack basic courtesy. Any attempt to seek assistance or clarification is met with indifference or, worse, incompetence. It's evident that customer satisfaction is not a priority here.
Equally concerning is the lack of a proper security system. One would expect a facility bearing the name "Safe Storage" to boast state-of-the-art security measures. However, my confidence in the safety of my belongings dwindled upon witnessing the haphazard surveillance and lax access controls. It's alarming how vulnerable one's possessions are in such an environment.
Furthermore, the overall condition of the facility leaves much to be desired. The premises are poorly maintained, with signs of neglect evident everywhere. It's not just an eyesore; it's indicative of a management that fails to prioritize the well-being of its customers and their belongings.
In conclusion, I strongly advise against entrusting your valuables to Safe Storage Depot. Their dismal customer service and lack of adequate security measures make it a risky gamble for anyone seeking reliable storage solutions. Save yourself the headache and seek alternatives that prioritize professionalism and safety.

After receiving the free month, i decided to make the switch, i was tired of a bunch of hidden fees at another storage facility in Brampton, and it was time to find a storage company that doesn't keep raising rates. Thanks for being honest and so helpful!

Great facility with secure and easy access to units without having to go down a maze of hallways. Most importantly they had excellent customer service. My experience was so great, I now refer all my clients in need of storage here because I know they will be taken care of.

From my first encounter with customer service, Fenella was exceptional. She was professional and knowledgeable and made me feel appreciated and that my belongings were safe and secure. I rented two units for almost a year. I never intended to stay that long (maybe a few months) but circumstances dictated different. It was my first time using a storage facility. I worried the whole time about my belongings; about rodents and climate control. Finally the day came when I moved my belongings out of the two units. Everything was PERFECT; just like I packed it today. This storage facility is second to none. I’ve seen others, for a lower price. You get what you pay for. If you value your belongings and want peace of mind, a perfect storage facility , and excellent service, look no further. This IS the BEST storage facility, with excellent customer service. Thank you Fenella. You ARE AMAZING!!

I just rented a unit at Safe Storage Depot Brampton and I'm very satisfied! The facility is spotless and the security is excellent with 24/7 surveillance and electronic gate access. I love the easy drive-up access—no elevators or stairs! Plus, there are no admin fees, which is a bonus. The staff is friendly and helpful, making the whole process smooth. Highly recommend Safe Storage Depot Brampton!
