Royal furniture is a very expensive price seller and it has cheap quality. My dining table was shattered, and they never sent me a new one. And very cheap customer service. Can you show is a very big liar. After six months that I’ve been waiting for my things to arrive, they were all broken. The chairs were broken my dining Marval was broken. Everything was broken very cheap quality, and Tynisha never answers my call either very bad store. Here’s the proof.

Do NOT purchase from them! It’s a scam and fraud! They are all happy and all smiles while taking ur money but the minute after it’s a shitshow! They kept telling us our bedset was here today and tomorrow for TWO MONTHS! they avoided your calls and pushed the poor front desk workers to take blame for the managers issues! Absolute worst people to deal with! I highly recommend everyone to turn away from there doors it’s for sure something sketchy happening here! You will not receive your product nor will they refund you!!! They will force your hand to pick out something else that’s cheaper and tackier. 0/10 SO NOT RECOMMENDED

The absolute worse experience with a furniture store I could ever imagine. Endless delays for a bridal bedroom set that was only delivered the day before the wedding after threatening to call the cops. We had scheduled a delivery for 3 weeks before the wedding which turned to 2 weeks then 1 week then a couple of days to only the day before after first saying they would have to finally cancel the order and then when we threatened to involve law enforcement suddenly the bedroom set appeared out of no where. This business is NOT to be trusted, don’t be fooled by their beautiful furniture as the same sets can be found in many places in the same area. Highly recommend staying far away from this business and I’d be willing to bet that some of these reviews, if not all of them have been bought out because they truly suck !!

WARNING: AVOID ROYAL FURNITURE AT ALL COSTS
I had the misfortune of dealing with Royal Furniture, and I strongly advise against booking with them unless you've carefully reviewed their cancellation policy.
My nightmare began on August 3rd when I placed a booking that evening. The very next day morning, I called and requested them to cancel my order as we found more cost effective product online. But I was not aware of the cancellation policy i signed up for. I spent over 2 months going back and forth, only to be left frustrated and disappointed even when I came back to them in few hours of order. They did not care to listen to me, but asked me to either take a store credit to buy any other product or 25% of cancellation fee from total bill. I was left with no choice and had to order a rectangle center table (though I was not convinced fully). But after a week of ordering the table, when I followed up with them, they told me the rectangle shape was not available, and I was forced again to take square table instead of rectangle / or other product. Their explanation to this situation was ruthless. I was emotionally drained/ exhausted, and finally accepted the square table & closed my conversation with the team on Oct 7th 2024 (Over 2 months).
Key Issues:
• Lack of transparency regarding cancellation policy
• Unhelpful customer service, even with genuine concerns
• Forced to accept unwanted products (for higher price compared to an other store in canada) as I was left with no choice, or to lose 25% cancellation fee of total bill.
• Extreme mental stress and emotional drain
• Ruthless owners/partners who shift blame to customers. Never bothered to give a call back or the staff was willing to set up an appointment to go through the concern.
CRUCIAL TIPS:
• Read cancellation policy carefully before booking
• Verify what you're signing up for when paying the deposit
• Insist on clear briefings from sales staff. Sales team can be very naive. Do not get carried away.
• Don't rely on verbal assurances; get everything in writing.
I will never go back to this store or handle discussion with anyone working here - Especially with Prabh / Sukit. Wish there was a 0 star ⭐️ for the customer management.
