Professional and very experienced customer service. My data is not working and kept giving me "sign-in to Rogers network" message. We called Rogers multiple times (and on hold for 139.47 years before I got to speak to a humanbeing!!) to troubleshoot but they couldn't fix it. So we went to this Airport Rd Rogers storefront. Harvir knew right away what was wrong with it, called Rogers, provided directions and voila...It started working!! Thanks Harvir! :)

I switched my Home Internet and my son's cell phone plan from Bell to Rogers couple of months back. A knowledgeable Rogers Associate Manraj helped me seamlessly transition the change. The price offered was competitive and the service exemplary.I am contemplating switching my other two cellphone lines as well. ?I would like to place on record the extraordinary service offered by Manraj. Great job! ??Review updated on April 10th- Manraj helped me port the other two cellphone lines to Rogers at a competitive price. I have 3 cellphone plans and Internet with Rogers now.Thanks to Manraj!?

Don't waste your time at this Rogers store. The customer service is abysmal. I visited hoping to get a new activation, but nobody even bothered to acknowledge me. Despite seeing an associate inside, they didn't bother to respond to the intercom or give any indication that they would assist me. Even a simple gesture like a nod or a hand signal would have sufficed, especially considering the rainy weather outside. It's disappointing how little they value their customers' time and experience. Avoid this place at all costs.

My experience over here of 18th March was very very good. I met a person Miss Mehak. She was so supportive and caring about their customers and provides with a good and friendly deals so that a person liked. Thanks Mehak once again to assist me. (Why the way sorry I am late to post this)

Do yourself a favor and avoid going to this location at any cost. Go to any other location and you will get help. Complete waste of time, first they make you wait outside for "security reasons" and employee Ramandeep very rude, does not want to help. I went in to activate a sim for one of my family lines and she re activates the wrong line on new sim..I went back to the store and the employee Ramandeep starts yelling at me as though it was my fault. I stayed very calm and tried not to snap at her. I was also on the line with customer care and the rep was on speaker while I was inside the store!! Still she claimed she can't help because apparently theres a payment issue with my account while the balance of account is 0 and the rep on the phone told her so as well. The customer care specialist on the phone told me to take off speaker and said to me this employee is useless and she won't help and she should not be speaking to me in that way. Because all I wanted was to recieve the service I'm paying for. I was advised by ROGERS to leave the store and go to another location!!I immediately left the store and went the bramlea city mall location, while still on the phone with customer care! I was helped by Arvinder at the other location, and he took his time spoke to the rep through my phone, and helped me right away. Big ups to Arvinder, he was polite and understood my issue and frustration. He contacted his support group right there and then and I was out of the door with in 10 minutes with my issue fixed. Me and my family have been with rogers for over 20 years, with over 8 lines, internet, home phone, security, and never experienced anything like this. I was ready to take my business elsewhere out of all the frustration, employee Ramandeep told me that I was welcome to do so. Very very disrespectful, no regard for customer service. I would give a negative rating if there was an option. This kind of service is not why we chose rogers all these years.

I went to confirm identity for credit card application they said no and I did in other store moreover I went there for financing AirPods they said no and again i did in another store. Don’t go there.

I recently had a terrible experience with Rogers. One of their team members provided completely misguided information, leading to a frustrating and inconvenient situation. This level of incompetence is unacceptable, and I would caution others to be wary of relying on their staff for accurate assistance.
