So disappointed..We went today about 7:40 to the store. I forget the name of the employee but he needs to learn customer service.. i have never heard such a wrong word from an employee to a customer and especially the sad part is we have same nationality. Its shameful we cannot respect our own people..Who ever is the manger please let your staff trained on how to communicate with customers. I would rather go somewhere far rather than dealing with such people..

Worst service.
Very bad experience.
Very arrogant and don't ready to attend customer.
I went to this office for rogers mastercard verification.
One guy( chintan- name as told by sardar guy) was free. He called me to the side chair and when I told him that I'm there for verification of mastercard he ran away for break.
Then sardar guy was showing me too much attitude and was just extending his time with previous customer to avoid me. He even tried to indulge in heated debate with me by raising his tone and finger. Which I avoided. Even to add into my irritation, he deliberately declined id proofs provided by me. Eventually I asked customer care to cancel my rogers mastercard.
The girl over there didn't took me for verification. She took customer who came after me.
Totally disrespectful, arrogant and rude behaviour towards customer.
I want to talk with manager.

I had a very bad experience at this location, for an express pickup. Travelling out of town reaching there before closure and the salesperson asks me to come the next day. I feel Rogers should train their staff before exposing them to customers. I’m with Fido for over 20 years and enjoyed their service. I hope Rogers will do the same.

One guy speak in fake accent.shows 0% interest in customer service. Chewed something as long as I was there, that was really awkward.

I was helped by Parth and his customer service was great. I would highly recommend visiting this generous guy. Solved all my issues and gave me a great deal.

I was having issues with Roger’s online and I came in store and was assisted and got a lot of help, my issue was resolved and everything was explained thoroughly! Great service from Ronak and Alex. :)
