We have visited this place several times, including around 3 PM yesterday, and unfortunately the experience has been consistently disappointing. The Indian girl at customer service is always full of attitude, unfriendly, and lacking in basic courtesy. It’s not just a one-time issue — every visit has been the same, which shows a serious problem with professionalism. Good customer service should be polite, respectful, and welcoming, but instead I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome each time. I truly hope management addresses this ongoing issue, because customers deserve to be treated with respect.so we are not going there anymore definitely.

I had a wonderful experience at Reitmans, thanks to the amazing customer service from Karen. She helped me find the perfect outfit for an important work event and made the whole process so easy. Karen was incredibly patient, attentive, and truly passionate about helping me find the right outfit for my event. I really admired her dedication and genuine care. Thank you, Karen, for going above and beyond!

Karen provided me an exceptional customer service. She was very kind & helpful. She went out of her way to give me recommendations on ways I can style the shirt I was doubting myself to buy. I was pleased by her service & my interaction with her. I wish people in client facing jobs could learn something from her as it’s hard to get bare minimum standards of customer service. Even though I love the quality of Reitmans products, I was let down by the customer service experience. The staff at the cash counter (two women) were incredibly rude and arrogant, with zero understanding of even the basics of customer service.
It was the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. No respect and no professionalism.It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not even remotely a priority for them.
Absolutely disgraceful!

I am a big fan of Reitman’s collection. I mostly go to Great Lakes drive Brampton store, the customer representative Taru is super helpful and efficient, she makes the whole buying experience really nice. Would highly suggest going to the store.

I was here to pick up my online order at 8:50pm yesterday 12/29/2023 decided to do a quick little instore shopping but the agent were extremely rude sounded disinterested almost like asking me to take my order and get out. The south asian agent sounded worse. She made the pick up so difficult and almost made me want to leave without my order. I reached out to the online customer service and that was no better I really don't think this brand or store is for me.

The worst Reitmans I’ve ever been to. Whether in store or calling for a stock check, the associates are not helpful at all.Called to check for stock and was told on multiple occasions, they are ‘too busy’ helping in-store guests. Odd because this location is never busy.Save your time. Go to the Bramalea location, or anywhere else.

Worst Reitmans location to be at.I wish i could give 0 stars.I have been a customer of Reitmans for past 10 years but the experience that i have had at this location made me realize that I should take my business and money somewhere else. Came to return an online order, I was insulted and humiliated by the cashier by saying that merchandise have been tampered and she won’t refund me my money , whereas she herself ripped and opened the bag at the store. i never ever opened the bag .She argued with me for 30 minutes and never processed my return. I asked for store manager she said the she was the incharge at the moment and i said then you should make a decision as i am not leaving without returning the items ,She said she doesn’t have the authority to make any decisions. She also told me you can come back to tomorrow morning if you want to talk to the store manager.I asked for her name she refused to give me her name. Fine, I respected her privacy.Then I asked her for store’s number (not the phone number but the location number) she replied saying you can google it.As i was talking to her she left me standing there and started helping the next customer. I am still traumatized by her behaviour, when other customer told her that she is being unfair and rude ,she shut her up too by saying she is feeling attacked and she is going to call store security. At that point i felt too abused that i left my merchandise in the store and i left the premises. I am deeply shaken by her behaviour that i don’t even see myself going back to store to talk to the store manager as I felt that i was being racially profile.Please do me a favour if you still want to shop at Reitmans go to any other location that can serve you with respect.

The lady at the cash was extremely rude, no smile on her face, did not even want to listen to what I had to say. Really terrible customer service, would make anyone feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Luckily for me there was another lady who helped me out, thanks to her, not sure if she was the manager.
