I had a very bad experience with Regal nails today. They told me to come earlier than my appointed time, so I changed my schedule and was on my way. Then they called again and told me not to come since another client came in at that time. I was almost there and had to return home. Highly unprofessional. I travelled 30 mins and had to return back home.

I went here because it’s close to my house, big mistake! I wasted $80.. the lady who did my nails was very nice but overall they are not that good at their job. I rather go somewhere far that can do my nails correctly and leave happy about it. Don’t go here or you’ll waste your money and regret it just like me :(

I have been going to this place for few months now, and for past two times my nails have been done like a 2 year old. I am never going back to this place. I got shellac done and all the nail paint chipped in a week, i am very disappointed.

Mimi is a fantastic young girl that takes pride in her work. She is very particular and did a great job. I was having a fill and new shellac . I am quite upset because Mimi when doing my nails broke off one of my nails ( it happens) that was no big deal. I had to pay an extra $5 to put the fake nail on. Within three days my fake nail came off. I went back and Mimi was glad to fix for me. She was so nice. When she was done she said no charge like all others places I have been to. Then I heard her boss say “ No five dollars” I was already to give Mimi a tip for fixing my one nail . So I reached in and gave her a $10 dollar bill . She felt embarrassed I could tell. I wonder if that extra $5 was worth losing a customer. It’s a ten minute walk from my house and I was telling a couple of friends how good Mimi was. Very sad when owners take advantage of people . Nails should stay on longer then 72 hours .

Absolutely amazing service,very happy with my nails,Regal nails has such an amazing attention to detail ,kind friendly staff ,I will be making my next appointment with Regal nails,!! Super satisfied customer,I was desperate to have my nails fixed from another salon that made a mess! Thank you Regal Nails!!!!

Do not go to this nail salon. Went here for a pedicure and soak off on my nails. I asked for French tip on my toes and they tried to change the price from what they had initially told me. I ended up leaving without even getting a soak off because they took hours to do my toes until it was almost time to close. Don’t even try speaking to the manager because she is no better. If you don’t believe any other review. Believe this one. DO NOT GO THERE !!!!!

Cindy is amazing! She is gentle and professional in her service. Having trouble toe nails she is spot on removing with care! Not many people are that careful or willing to do this as it requires patience and care. I recommend

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! If you care about your health and wellbeing then you will avoid this salon at all costs… I came here recently for a mani-pedi and after a few weeks after the service, MY TOENAIL WAS SWOLLEN AND OOZING PUSS!!! They BUTCHERED NY FEET after I asked them to remove some ingrown toenails … they put some liquid on my feet that burned like heck. Eventually my toenail fell off and I went to the doctor for anti-biotics…. My toenail still hasn’t grown back completely and they refused to refund me my money!!! Call the health inspector smh
