AVOID AT ALL COSTS. First and foremost, I miss superstore. I won't even go into this location as it's not well organized, and overpriced. The grocery pickup is terrible. Walmart pickup is free, you check in on an app and they're out with your order in 5 minutes. Yet no frills charges 1$, you have to call and wait on hold (no app), and wait 10+ minutes for your order to be delivered. I miss superstore.

I visited No Frills at 6:30 PM on Thursday september 19th and spent around $200 on groceries. Unfortunately, the cashier at checkout lane 3 was extremely rude and unprofessional. She didn’t acknowledge my greetings or thank me, which made the experience unpleasant. If you’re working in a role that requires customer service, basic training in courtesy and communication should be a priority. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism.

I shop here regularly... I've noticed lately a lot of their products are close to expiration date like within days, make sure you check those dates on your purchases. Like meats, milk and bread. What really shocked me was that they freeze their bread and put it on the shelf to defrost! This was a huge turn off to me. I don't want to purchase already frozen bread!.... I want fresh bread when I purchase it. So knowing what I know now I will never buy bread there again.
Another drawback is there is always a wait for someone to attend customer service... Why isn't someone assigned to that cash? Why am I always waiting or having to ask for assistance at customer service?
Other than those complaints it is a clean store and well stocked with more variety than other No Frills stores

Terrible store, such a disappointment that Brampton lost the Super Store to get yet another crappy No Frills. The store smells funky and the self-checkout experience is a nightmare. Manned by clerks that have no idea.

Do not recommend getting a PC pick up done here. This is one of the few locations that they are supposed to bring the items to ur car. Due to being in a car accident recently, I heavily relied on this service and on Saturday 10 minutes prior to my allotted pick up time I was called and told the staff was leaving so I would need to come in the store and grab my order. If this was communicated more than 10 mins before my time of an hour pick up slot I would have arrived earlier.

I didn’t shop much here when it was Superstore but when it became Nofrills I was hooked. This location is very large and has a much better selection than most Nofrills around. I’ve found products here not available at other locations and it makes for some fun each time coming and finding new favourites. My only complaint is the location, which is on Steeles and at most time of the day loaded with traffic ?

The store itself was great but customer service was not good. I visited store today and cashier was just ignoring me even don't ask about carrying bag after that I had to ask the bag and she gave me answer in very rude way.
