The girl who was working there was really nice and guides everyone in the right way in a polite manner and will answer all your queries to fulfil the process. And the place has all the facilities to scan for drops and pickups to save time .

Sir on brickyard purolator there two staff both are very rude but one staff maybe she’s from Japan or china I can’t say but I never seen before this type rude staff anywhere so I request u please work on it.because it’s far away than Canadian culture next time I will avoid to come there

This regards a Purolator in Brampton. Anyone can just sign receipt of the package, isn't that ridiculous? I told the carrier the recipient is at the side door, then he said you can sign it, you know them. I know they live downstairs, but I don't know them. So even if it's sent to a wrong address, a person in any house can sign and acknowledge that they know the person, then receive the package for their own use. Not secure at all.

I had a terrible experience at this Purolator store in Brampton. After spending 25 minutes on the phone with Purolator customer service, I was recommended this store for a drop-off without needing a label printed. However, when I arrived, the customer service associate was completely unhelpful. They refused to assist me and seemed uninterested in resolving my issue. This was an incredibly frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this location to anyone.

My interaction wThe quality of the customer service was surprisingly low. My concerns were treated with blatant contempt by the inept and nasty professional I spoke with. They answered with a condescending and impatient tone, failing to address my problem. It's terrible that they are acting with such a lack of professionalism and that they don't care about satisfied customers. If you appreciate courteous and knowledgeable customer service, I would strongly suggest staying away from their services.

Horrible Indian lady working there, no interest in her job, just existing there and offering no help. She refused to print labels there when even they have the machine and scanner with a label printer right there, and a huge sign saying to print your labels here, used their tape which she could care less about - she said their policy changed a month ago as if I got the memo and told me to print the label at the convenience store, always miserable service and people at these places I’m not surprised.

I have been coming at this location over a decade now, lady on the desk was rude and arrogant, i don't like to be yelled first thing in morning. I know she just wished not to be at work as long weekend just past yesterday.
Once you are to work behave professionally and doesn't matter what you feel and how you rather enjoy life on vacation, u r working show everyone that you are a professional who treats everybody kindly.
