Recently I had some pictures printed by them, the quality was excellent, timing was good (same day) and most importantly the friendly service I got from Vlad was great. I will recommend them to anyone looking for printing services.

The most unprofessional job I have ever had printed anywhere. The paper they used for my flyer was cheap printer paper, not what you would expect from a professional printer. The image was not centred. The folding did not line up with the image. They did not use the PDF file that I sent in with my quote for my flyer. They printed something different. Regrettably I did not notice that when they sent a proof. For that I accepted responsibility and did not expect a full refund, but I was expecting to meet somewhere in the middle. They refused to take responsibility for NOT using the file I sent. They refused to even look at the bad printing and folding when we took them back. They offered no solutions or compromises. I was shocked I have never had such bad service from a printer.

Can go for printing if you have many pages to print. There is a minimum charge which, but it's useful in case of urgency.

Excellent Service. The staff Chris replies email very quickly and knows how to resolve printing issue. My request for printing and binding were completed quickly, so I can catch up with assignments. Smooth services.

Took in a simple copy job and they charged me double what it should have been at a place like Staples or elsewhere. EDIT: I checked and Staples charges .41/page for colour copies compared to your .75/page and that is for FULL SERVICE. Rest assured if not for the pandemic I would have gone there.

Called on 19th January for scanning oversize scanning (my degree transcript for WES evaluation). Person phone quote me $30 and 3 days service period due to pandemic. I agreed on it. Next day 20th January I went there a guy came out of shop I told about the phone call. The told me It may take one week or more (exact or approx time not sure) to get the scan done. I told him if he could promise to provide service by Monday I can handover my degree transcript, but he denied in two words "I can't". After expressing thanks I left the area. I appreciate their true answer but can not give more than one star as they were not clear on phone and at door about the service timing.

Had 500 page service manual printed on heavy stock. Excellent price, quick 3 hour turnaround.Couldn’t have gone any smoother.
