Check your pick up order to ensure the food is right - I ordered the butterflied shrimp and the staff only gave me 5 shrimp with my side of fries all squished in a tiny box! There were supposed to be 8 shrimp. When I brought the issue to their attention, they blamed me as if I ate the missing shrimp and reluctantly gave me 2. The manager argued so loudly and walked away rudely while I was in mid sentence. This place is run by illiterate students who can’t count, don’t know how to communicate or provide decent customer service. It’s really disappointing how my childhood take out places has now run to the ground by untrained staff!

Ordered on the mobile app and went to pick up 40 mins after got 3 burgers and 8 pc chucked with fries and biscuits and when I went there my food was still not ready. I waited another 20 minutes inside the store . When I finally got the food I opend the fries and saw that the regular fries had sooo little Fries, not even enough for one person so we went back and got more fries. Then the three burgers I got were 1 spicy classic chicken burger, 1 classic chicken burger and 1 ghost pepper burger. They did not give a ghost pepper burger and instead gave 2 spicy classic burgers and one normal but no ghost pepper burger. Then one of the burgers the classic chicken burger was not properly cooked. Then with the chicken mean there was supposed to be a bottled coke which we thought they put in the bag and we realized they never gave us our coke. So we called them and told them and they told us it is our responsibility to remind them we got a coke. After a little arguing they gave us store credits for one drink but that’s not a favour since we paid for the coke in the first place HORRIBLE costumer service and rude staff definetky do not recommend this location WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Worst customer service. My wife ordered online and they didn't give the drink or any sauces. And the Manager keeps shouting on us over the phone and was saying we gave credit for next large drink and guess what this is a credit we already paid online. She is like we don't give sauces unless asked it's the store policy. Never go to this location. They Manager wasn't letting us talk on the phone

I have asked cashier shivam to give me fresh chicken tender and not from the hot shelf which she agreed.First I decided to do take away but I changed my mind for dine in . When I opened the box ?️ all the tenders were cold and dry. Tenders not taste good at all when they are cold and lying on the shelf for long time that’s the reason I asked her to make fresh before I placed order. As I said it’s take away she tricked by giving the old tenders lying on the shelf.All other branches of Popeyes always serve the fresh tenders right from down when I ask for .Very bad experience!I went to her and asked her to compensate as complimentary piece but she said straight NO. Which all other POPEYES branch consider to make customer happy.This is not a courtesy approach I was expecting from POPEYES.
