Bought a -35 degree jacket. And the buttons broke. Went to store 2-3 times and also emailed them a lot of time but everyone is sending me here and there. No one is resolving my concern. It was under warranty and I reported it in 3 months but no one responded now its been 2 years its still the same case. I spent $250 and its of no use now .

Looks like a SCAM, there phone lines are not proper, always goes on AVR and no one calls back. My order shows delivered but I couldn’t find the jackets anywhere. I reported this through email and didn’t get any reply from PointZero for more than a month.Now l’m initiating a process of filing a legal complaint against the company to save everyone else.

Highly impressed by customer service provided by Katie. She went above and beyond to arrange an online delivery for redemption of the Credit note which I received from the Ottawa store.The responsibility and ownership mindset depicted by her had restored my faith in good.

Pathetic after sales service especially if you buy online. I ordered one winter jacket, the quality is good but it is small in size for me. I selected a return request, got one incomplete mail (without mentioning all details). I tried calling Customer Service and the process is soo long and crazy. Some calls the representatives do not even pick and only one of them picked by saying she doesn't know much. Extremely unprofessional bunch of people handling such customer care issues.NEVER BUY POINT ZERO PRODUCTS ONLINE!

Disorganized, Staff are always talking to each other instead of greeting customers / asking if they need help to let them know. No basic customer service. The five times I’ve been here. Each time has been disorganized and got the same type of poor quality customer service it’s the new generation no common sense, and they never have my size.
