I come to this location almost every week very good customer service i was reading the reviews posted by other customers i believe cashier is very nice . She always give us very good service. I think the problem is when customer wants to swap the drinks with dipping sauce which is against the policy of pizza pizza, customer is upset and post the negative reviews regarding the same. Excellent service by sandeep and halil and that is the reason we visit this location everytime.

Quite a disappointing experience at the store. The customer service is extremely poor, and the lady working behind the counter had such a poor attitude. The other worker also caused a scene infront of other customers and started arguing/shouting at me because I cancelled an order over the phone "too late" and they had already made the pizza. This was their fault as their rep continously tried to call them, and the store didn't pick up until after multiple attempts. stop blaming the customers and fix your service. Not surprised looking at other reviews here.

Unfortunately, the pizza fell short of expectations. While the toppings were present in the first bite, the rest of the pizza lacked substance and had a sticky. I wouldn’t recommend it. There are better places out there for your pizza cravings."

I have ordered from other Pizza Pizza stores but this location's quality of Pizza was excellent. It was fresh, evenly cooked, and the Italian seasoning was perfect. The staff was very kind and quick with my order. I would highly recommend Pizza from this location.

Horrible pizza. Asked for well done, wasn't even thoroughly cooked. Cheese didn't even looked cooked. Crust was chewy, which means it wasn't cooked. Never again this place, the reviews of bad experiences say a lot about management.
