AVOID THIS PHARMACY - UNETHICAL
I would avoid this pharmacy if you can. They are unethical and have the highest dispensing fee I have come across at $13.99.
They won't provide you pricing info of medication when asked - they'll pretend they are busy / didn't hear you.
They will also deliberately bill you for branded medication when a generic is available and won't tell you which I find unethical.

Larger than some Pharmasave's. Charged me tax on Hall's and Cheezies, both of which should be exempt until mid February. Anyhow, counts as an air miles sponsor for shop the block but I wouldn't go here otherwise.

The staff here is absolutely fabulous. They are always so quick and efficient. Highly recommend this Pharmacy.

Ordered the refill prescription and was told it will be ready next day. Went to pick up a day after to give them enough time, and the prescription was not ready, very poor service and management. this place used to be good and now going down the drain now. Do not trust these guys and don't drive in snow thinking they are very organized and prescription will be ready. Call b4 going there or take your business somewhere else. And this is not the first time this has happened to me. Useless and unorganized pharmacy.

Nishant and his team go above and beyond. As an organization, we made the decision two years ago to seek out other pharmacies to meet our growing needs. It was decided to enter into a partnership with Nishant and Al. It has been a positive experience from the beginning. They treat each person with respect and provide the time required to discuss medication, health etc. We are extremely satisfied with the services they provide.

During an emergency, Clayton went above and beyond to ensure that my elderly mother's prescription was delivered to location over 60 km away. Thank you Clayton. My mother has always received caring attention from the staff.

I had a horrible experience at Kings Cross Pharmacy and needed immediate help getting a prescription filled. Everyone here at Kensington Pharmacy helped and got everything sorted right away. I’m grateful I was in good hands and couldn’t ask for better patient care.

Nishant the pharmacy manager is the best pharmacist I can think off. I am blessed to move my prescriptions here. Amazing service keep it up.

Avoid this pharmacy. Very poor customer service with incompetent manager and they do not follow their own return policy.

I have been a customer for several years and have always admired the professional and knowledgeable staff. I get my prescriptions quickly and the pharmacists do a fantastic job on counselling me on my medications. Highly recommend this pharmacy.
