I had an exceptional experience at Cumberland Pharmacy. The staff was incredibly compassionate and went above and beyond to assist me, especially Mittali, who was outstanding. I had a missing prescription, and they took the initiative to reach out to my doctor on my behalf, which made a huge difference. They even stayed back after closing time to make sure I got the medication I desperately needed. Their kindness and dedication to patient care really stood out, and I can’t thank them enough. Highly recommend Cumberland Pharmacy for their excellent service and supportive staff.

I’ve been going to this pharmacy for a while now, and I can’t recommend them enough! The staff is always available, super friendly, and incredibly helpful. Unlike other pharmacies where you’re stuck on hold for ages, here you get quick and efficient service every time. I love the convenience of being able to send in my prescription and have it refilled on the same day it’s truly amazing! The customer service is top-notch, and they’ve made the entire process so smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

I have been coming to Cumberland Pharmacy for literally Decades, ever since their Pharmacy was located in Zellers inside of Centennial Mall, and of course at 131 KENNEDY Rd. Brampton.
They have, and continue to Help Me with All of my Medical needs from Necessary Injections, to Medications to Advice with Issues. ALL STAFF Here are Wonderful, Warm, Friendly Educated People.
A Special Shout Out goes to Chris, Eva, Ella, Mitali, Simran, Lovepreet and Kujul.

Anyone who knows me understands that I do not normally leave reviews online, but for this I made an exception. About a year ago around this time, my mother had a heart attack. Thankfully, she survived. However, she was in and out of the hospital for quite some time, had to receive consultation from several medical specialists across the GTA, had to undergo Cardiac Rehabilitation, and was required to take a myriad of medication to sustain her life. This is where Pharmasave Cumberland Pharmacy entered the picture. Although my mother was a customer of theirs before her heart condition, it is the effort and care which the staff at Cumberland exemplified during this trying time that really set them apart. Any questions we had, any changes which needed to be made, any communications with specialists or family physicians, any guidance we needed, they would accommodate, and did so with a smile. Although a number of the staff are no longer with the company, I wanted to take a moment to sincerely Thank those team members which were a part of our journey; namely, Eva, Ella, Tejas, Davinder, Mitali, Simran, and Lovepreet. Your professionalism and work ethic speaks for itself. On behalf of my mother, my entire family, and I, Thank You for making difference. We celebrate you! With Sincere Thanks - Paul.

I visit this pharmacy over 2-3 years and the staff are absolutely lovely always providing exceptional patient service and support. Very well run pharmacy team! I fully trust them with health concerns, wish other pharmacies were at such a high level.

My senior mother receives Absolutely horrendous treatment every time she deals with this pharmacy .. last weekend she was trying to call in her prescription and Eva argued with her and hung up on her saying she was too early... which is incorrect...if my mother doesn't get her meds she dies... today when she went pick up she brought the meds to show what she had none left and she left there in tears they humiliated her called her a liar ... the one pharmacist Chinese lady said don't talk to me I don't want to talk to you ... my mother needs her meds to live ... we have officially moved ALL OF OUR FAMILY from this pharmacy And I will be making an official to the head office on Monday...absolutely disgusted with the unprofessionalism ... I will move back to north park pharmacy where the owner and pharmacist is sweet as pie...They also refuses my 93 year old grandfather his pills too ... what kind of power trip are you all on over there ?Sickening
