No notice on google or anywhere that the whole place is blocked off and its closed. Very bad miscommunication at such a very busy location. I ran out of gas because there was no other gas station nearby. Should do construction not at such a busy time prime time

I have very bad experience this petro. I come in morning I played 5 proline and I want to cancel 2of them but gsa didn’t listen to me . Gsa not wear name tag . And after I want to take some scratch tickets and I want to close my self but gsa ignored me again. Gsa need to first should need to learn about how to serve the customer

Used the car wash without the fuel they charge 2$ extra the worst car wash they wash the car literally without the water scratched all over my car waste of money

Refused to let me (a customer) use the washroom. First girl said it's occupied when it wasn't. Second guy started shift after her stared at me like I wasn't there after I waited 15 minutes and noone came out. Get rid of these lazy rude employees. PATHETIC Saturday Feb 3 8pm

This ABSOLUTELY hands down the worst car wash I've ever been to there is definitely something wrong with it second time I've been there in last 2 months and the exact problem is still happening no pressure and doesn't even hit the trims do Yourselves a favor and don't go there their ripping us off

Zero customer services no matter who is in the register, rude voices, don’t really know how to talk. Need to learn some basic customer service. Dirt is another issues, not a clean place

Customer service is less than ZERO as the front desk guy lied to me to call customer service for a code for car wash while customer service told me they don’t issue codes for wash as system is down while the guy was listening and never cared. This happened today at 4pm. The Petro guy was so rude, not professional and human. He has no customer service skills. The customer service lady on the phone gave me a reference number that a follow up will be done within a week. After 20 years with Petro Canada, it’s time to move to Esso or Shell.

TL;DR: ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THE CAR WASH IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR EVEN SLIGHTLY!!!2 Stars because at least the lady working there was relatively nice and there were plenty of pumps available. Beyond that, absolutely do NOT use the car wash!! I went through today figuring what could go wrong, well a few things could: firstly, HUGE and DEEP potholes all along the drive into it; and worse - it’s not touchless, and the brushes in the wash were super hard and aggressive. Pretty painful listening to the deafening sound of it probably ripping my paint apart. I have a couple new scratches in my paint now and it pulled my mirrors backward PLUS it LITERALLY RIPPED OFF MY FRONT LICENSE PLATE. Luckily the lady gave me my money back without a problem but it’s really irritating that I now have to buy a new plate bracket for my car (the screws got ripped out with the plate and it pulled and messed up the bracket too)
