Yogi, the staff there doesn't know how car wash season passes work and doesn't understand customer service, he doesn't even understand what he's speaking don't go to him if you have a problem with your season pass.

Friendly staff, they have touchfree wash service but very busy. So take extra time in hand before stepping into the queue.

Gave me a one-time wash card after their machine failed, leaving me stranded for an hour. Definitely not recommended, terrible customer service, btw.

Very bad service. Car wash doesnt work perfectly. Vacuum machine was not working whenever i visit here for a car wash. Always its lined up of at least 6 vehicles and wait time is 1 hour for car wash

Very worst Desi customer service they didn't give me my 5 lotto max even after I showed them receipt from their gas station.even they are not ready to show their video recording.I am also store owner so if something happens on my store I have show the video recording to the customer,this the reality.they were ready to fight with me.worst Desi customer services.

Probably one of the worst car washes in the area. If there’s 3 cars ahead of you, it’s a guaranteed 40 min+ wait.

Worst customer service i have ever come across at a petro canada station especially when it come to car wash, they won’t do anything to help the customers who use the app for car wash as it’s not been working for a while now. Other petro Canada station employees would give voucher but don’t expect anything from the people working here.
