I ordered from Calgary, and with shipping fees it still had amounted to over a 45% savings versus local pet stores. Wonderful value, and the personal phone call to verify shipping I felt was beyond what most others would do. I highly recommend this store and will most likely be making my ongoing bedding purchases from here, save the few "oh-no" emergencies we all run into.

9065 Airport Rd, BramptonStaff were extremely helpful and, when you find one in their area of expertise, extremely knowledgeable. Great selection of products and food, conveniently laid out in 'pet type' areas, so everything you need is only an aisle or two away.
I struggled with a 3000 lb bag of litter (it may have been a bit smaller than that) and they helped me get it into my car.
Prices are competitive, definitely cheaper than Amazon. Lots of free parking.
I signed up for their rewards program and said I didn't want to receive emails, but by the time I got into my car I had two of them, which is why I'm only giving them four stars. However, I haven't received any emails since, so maybe they deserve 5 stars.

Today (07/31/2024) was my 1st time bringing in my 2 year old female Pomsky, Leia, at Bark Avenue Spaw for a 'full spaw' and 'spaw package 1' appointment. Leia's regular groomer from her daycare in Mississauga was unfortunately unavailable on the day that I was interested in.
However, due to a previous not so great experience at Petsmart (South Brampton/Steeles location), there was no way that I would be bringing her back there for a groom. After doing some research, I'm glad I became open-minded and gave Bark Avenue Spaw a chance.
The owners--Gleice and Monica, were very friendly, patient, and welcoming to Leia and I. They definitely seemed knowledgeable about double coated breeds and the grooming salon appeared to be clean and spacious. Another pro is that they let dogs free roam instead of crating them once they finish a groom.
The staff at Bark Avenue Spaw were also efficient and did exactly what I had asked for--sanitary trim and 'butt skirt' trim. Leia's fur was perfectly lined up and came home looking and smelling fresh with a cute pink bandana. Overall, pricing was fair and reasonable. We will definitely be returning as a client and would 100% recommend to others!

11526 Hurontario St, BramptonIf you're looking for a place who will take great care of your dog in their time of need Snelgrove is the place for you. We have been going to snegrove for 18 years . We have had a few vets take care of our dogs but I highly recommend seeing Dr Jessica. She takes the time to answer all of your questions and figure out what's going on with your fur baby. She truly shows that she cares about your animal and gives you great advice how to take care of them . We moved a few years ago and we haven't found a vet who as been as wonderful as Dr Jessica has been to our senior dog. We continue to see her up to this day. She is definitely worth the hour and half trip. We're so grateful to have her as our dogs vet .

475 Chrysler Dr, BramptonI recently had to rehome my beautiful male cat, and it was extremely difficult. I had gone back and forth with the decision but ultimately it ended with me needing to surrender him. I want to recognize the support I had from Nicole, who lovingly and kindly spoke with me and kept emailing me and was even there when we came in with our boy. She doesn't know it, but her kind nature made me feel at ease with leaving him there. Although I was heartbroken I want to show my appreciation to Nicole and the other staff members that work there and everything they do for all animals. If we are ever in the market for a fur baby again we will be reaching out to the brampton animal shelter. Thank you for all your help ❤️
