I had an excellent experience at Nu Deep Jeweller in Brampton. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. They took the time to show me a wide selection of beautiful jewelry and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The craftsmanship and quality of their pieces are outstanding, and the prices are reasonable. I also appreciated how transparent they were about the details of the materials and designs. Deep uncle and ripal aunty were sooo nice and accommodating. I bought the most beautiful jewelry from them for my wedding and was so happy with their service. They were all so patient, kind and attentive. I would highly recommend anyone to go. I have found my new forever gold shop.

Not the best experience. Got a clasp fixed at their shop and they charged us $20. The clasp broke within a week and we went back to get it fixed and when we said we paid $20 last time they said they don’t charge for repairs so which one is it. Worst part is they didn’t even end up fixing the clasp. Seems like they tried finessing us.

Worst jewellery in GTA. The owners lie & make excuses. I was promised to get my order 2 days ago & still haven't received it. They didn't even update me. I had to go to their shop and they still didn't have it. I would recommend everyone not to go to them. They just want money and don't care about customer service. Worst experience ever.

DONT GO!!!! WORSE SERVICE AND VERY RUDE. I got my first ever gold in life time. i got van cleaf bracelet and idk how the work was done but one leaf came out and fell. i asked them if it can be used for daily wear and they said yes and within 2 weeks one leaf came out. i went to them and asked them if they can fix it n there were so many customers so they were polite and said they’ll exchange the piece or put on the leaf. next week he called me and asked me to come after 4 and not on weekends since they don’t have any customers during that time. i went today and they were rude and asked me to pay extra like $250 for that leaf and was very mean and rude to me because there were no customers. Trust me they will be nice to you in front of customers but rude and show their real colours when u are one on one alone.
