Super disappointed with the experience here. At first, I was excited because it seemed that they had a lot of options when I was looking around, and seemed that they had what I was looking for, including the colors. I tried a couple of outfits on, and chose a nice blue gharara. There were some noticeable stains on the scarf, which should have been my first red flag, but they were able to wash it out to show us that it’s not permanent. They blamed the workers back home for making the dress, and guessed that maybe some food or drinks had spilt—I have never seen such stains and dirty marks on desi clothes like this while out shopping, let alone making poor excuses for them. In the moment, I really liked the style and how the dress fit but I also felt like I was settling because I had already bought my jewelry beforehand and the colors were matching together. That’s on me. However, the quality of the clothing at this store is horrible. There were many rips and missing seams in the fabrics, but I had already bought the dress before I noticed the rest of the rips. And the stains!!! Even after discussing the issues about the dress, the workers did not give us much of a discount. It was not worth the $200 she was asking for. We had to negotiate and bargain for good reason, and she only took $5 off. I regretted it instantly on the drive back home. The fancier lehengas next door at Simer Kollections were of higher quality, at much lower prices. When I got home, I noticed more bigger stains on the inside of the gharara I bought from Naveen, including some big ones on the separate sleeve fabrics. I wish I had taken pictures for this review, but my mom had already washed them out, which took her a while. We ended up getting a few outfits at Simer Kollections instead, & I even went back a couple days after my experience at Naveen to replace my dress. I can’t return the gharara so I decided to wear it for the mehndi rather than the wedding. The workers were very friendly, and very helpful in finding me options, but I felt they were not honest about the value and worth of what they sold me, the quality is terrible, and I was definitely overcharged. FYI, I paid $240 for a beautiful big lehenga, 2 pairs of gorgeous bangle sets, and fancy jewelry including head piece next door at Simer Kollections.
