We stored stuff to declutter our house for staging. It couldn’t have gone easier. When day came to move, all our stuff arrived safe & sound on the same day together. We didn’t have to do a thing they took care of everything in a fast, friendly and professional manner. They moved use like we were family & took the stress away completely. Great team work! I was very happy with Natural Movers when they helped me move from Burlington to Kingston back in 2013. They were able to ship everything I wanted to move. The two movers who helped load and unload all the furniture and boxes were helpful and professional, nothing was damaged or scratched. I would recommend this moving company for anyone who is looking to move to a new home.

August 9 /19 hired Jeff and his team for our move. Move went very well no issues. BUT NEXT day my husband went to get some pain medicine from his side table, and they were gone and so was a Envelope with $1000.00 cash, to pay for my daughter caregiver. I called Jeff, told him what happen, after a couple of days, he said that he asked his staff and they all said they didn't do it, he also said that nothing like this ever happen, which is not true, it has happen before- one of his clients said that 2 rings disappeared after their move. When you hire Natural Movers make sure that nothing of value is left out. Jeff did offer to credit me the $1000.00, but I could tell he was mad at me, and he never did credit our Visa, he was more worried about a bad review. I am not writing for bad publicity, I am doing a review for all future clients to be cautious.

We hired Natural Movers to move our family, and we weren’t disappointed at all. They showed up on time, took amazing care of all our items loading up and when it was time to off load everything they took amazing care again. Absolutely nothing broken or damaged, everything was wrapped and packed as if they were moving their own homes. I would use them again in a heart beat and would recommend them to everyone. They were happy, smiling, pleasant and most of all honest - hard to find these days but these guys were the best
