Amazing service and reasonable price! I felt that Mike always gives his honest recommendation in service and parts whether it be change of oil, tires or redoing any previous work done. His operation is smooth, ensuring all mechanic technicians are on top of things. The best one yet is Val who keeps everyone on their feet, great in follow up and who’s the first face you see with a smile.?

I dropped off my truck for the install of new tires and certification in Feb 2024. My car is 14 years old and thus is a gamble every time they open the hood.They were patient. Logical. And took the time to explain what if’s. All via text as I was out of the country. The Costa were completely reasonable and they accommodated all my requests.All well and good. What blew my mind is when I picked it up. Not only were my ties sick. Wow. But also. All the annoying interior settings were fixed. My blinker that didn’t blink long enough. Fixed. The interior lights are brighter. The lights turn off when I close the doors.I don’t know what they did. But it’s magical. Would recommend to a friend. Good job. And thank you.

I just want to inform Simon Bros. that I brought my car to Velocety Autotech and they fixed the issued you could not fix. I also want to inform you I was told you missed to install the pad clips in the front brake and you used the old pad clip hardware on the rear brake. This was the cause of the rattling and the grinding noise I complained to Simons Bros when I initially picked up the car. You kept telling me there was nothing wrong with it. Obviously, your agin was unable to diagnosis the problem you caused.The knocking/clunking noise has nothing to do with the strut bushing you said was the issue but it was the bolt joint that was causing the clunking noise.Based on this, your team must have damaged the bolt join when you installed the brakes as I did not have this issue when I brought the car in. Simon Bros mechanics are not experienced in repairing high end cars.Brought my Porsche for brake replacement as it was close to work and convenient location. After the brake was replaced I bascially had to bring the car back twice due to clunking noise that was not there prior to replacing the brake. They took the vechile apart and could not properly put the parts back properly causing unsual noises underneath.I guess it was beyond their capabalities in knowing how to fix high end cars. They also left the driver seat and steering wheel very dirty and had no sense of cleanliness.They could not fix the issue and therefore had to bring the car to another place who specilaizes in high end vehicle. They cost me $4600.00 and overcharge for slopy work performed.Service: Brakes

Excellent experience! Was coming out of town from Niagara Falls and heard a funny noise coming from my truck. Pulled in to Simon Bros and they were able to quickly and efficiently diagnose a mechanical issue with my engine, that my regular mechanic had overlooked. Would strongly recommend this garage and is almost worth driving to from Niagara due to their honesty and professional service. Hard to find these days! Appreciate the positive experience and very reasonable prices!

I wish I found them sooner! They are amazing with wonderful customer service. The lady at the front desk is delightful to work with. I love how they send emails and texts about the service.
