1 star is for my experience today. I was followed the entire time by two employees. I was treated as if I was a criminal. My second son had accidentally dropped two water bottles and tops popped off and he was accused of breaking them and I had to pay for the damages. Nothing was damaged on these items. I walked away and said I'm not paying for these because they are not damaged and argued with me; very impolite. She couldn't prove the damages. I said let's go to my family. As I am walking out of the store I was stopped by another employee saying that my oldest son stepped on a plush and had to pay for getting it dirty. I am so disappointed with how I was treated by these employees and I usually enjoy my shopping experience at Miniso. I'm out of town and visited my sister and this was my place I chose to go to of all places because it's my favourite normally. I will never return to this location. If this continues I bet you'll lose more and more costumers for your horrible way of treating people.

today we just went to the store and the staff are roaming around us as we are thief or trying to steal somthing and looking at us as we are doing something wrong. One of the worst experiences i ever had in any store. so bad

Yesterday,I was deeply disappointed with the behavior of a guy Gagan and a girl name like Kunjanpreet at this store. On several occasions, I have witnessed them mistreating junior staff members when the manager is not present. This unprofessional conduct, especially in front of customers, is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the store's reputation. I hope management takes immediate strict action to address this issue and ensure a respectful and positive work environment for all employees

I didn’t even want to give one star but there is no option for zero.
I was there to buy helicopter that worth only 2.49 dollars. Staff were not friendly. I waited there for around 15 minutes to get service.
There was only one piece of that toy I asked them to get me one even I was ready to pay double or triple amount for that but they didn’t agree. They said they have to ask their manager. And they didn’t respond anything for 30 minutes.

I totally agree with one of the reviews that they totally treat customer poorly.
I was at the store checking something for a gift. I saw a BTS mug that interest me since my niece loves BTS.
I opened the box to check how it looks like than just seeing the picture and will buy and of course it is ceramic mug so need to check to make sure no damage.
The sales person, she told me that I am not supposed to open the box 5 feet away. So her voice is loud. If she is well trained customer oriented personnel, she should have come close to me and tell me, nicely that it is not allowed and she can open it for me if I want to check it out .
How would I know that it is not allowed. There is no sample display, no sign saying not allowed to open.
Is that the way you trained your staff to shout at the customer?
Never will recommend this location

Worst experience ever !!! First of all I was being followed the whole entire time ! As if I was a criminal! I had a basket full of stuff , things even left at the counter that I was gonna purchase . The perfume was priced incorrectly by staff , by law the store should honour the price and the manager was trying to say a customer put the tag there . I even took a picture of it because I said this was a good price and i didn’t want any problems at the cash . Manager didn’t care and said no even with my proof of the date and time . I will telll EVERYONE TO NEVER COME HERE BECAUSE THEY FOLLOW PEOPLE OF COLOUR YOU CANT EVEN SHOP IN PEACE . Next time I go back I will record and upload the proof on my tiktok . Lost out a huge sale ! And I will share my experience with my followers , family and friends . Store manager said she doesn’t care if I leave a review and give 1 star . This company clearly doesn’t care about customer service. Only there to take your money and when there’s an issue they give you the middle finger and don’t care . Horrible company . I will shop on Amazon and Aliexpress
