We booked them over a month in advance. They even called to confirm the move one day ahead but on the day of the move they kept delaying us and told us at 2pm that they can’t fulfill the move that day. I had told them at 9am that we have to move out and we need to pass condo keys in evening, even after all this, they kept delaying from 9am and only told us they can’t make it at 2pm.Worst customer experience ever. Not at all professional.

Don’t hire this location! The WORST moving company ever! The movers themselves were SO kind and SO nice (definitely underpaid as well) and though they broke our fridge (by total accident) when we contacted the company for SOME money back to repair the fridge - we were told it was “probably like that already” and nothing could be done. Will never deal with again & dealing with Haroon was an absolute nightmare.

We recently used this horrible company to move to our first home. Once they arrived (an hour late) at our apt then then proceeded to spend the next hour($110) yapping about how much stuff there was they then proceeded to start carelessly loading boxes only in the truck ( dropping several and stacking fragile marked boxes anywhere )They then proceeded to tell us the truck was full and they couldn’t take anymore (they had yet to loaded almost any furniture) surprised at this we asked them to kindly make sure they took the one bed frame we had for them to rattle it recklessly into the truck laying the entire queen size back board on the floor of the truck and telling us it’s full. At this point the company contacted us for payment, basically telling to pay in full now or else… additionally we confirm on the phone that we can rehire them 2 days later to pickup the remainder of our apt.Upon arrival at the new house they then waste another hour telling us it’s late and they will only drop our stuff in the driveway and not inside the house or into rooms, after calling there boss they finally start moving boxes into the house with my families assistance because they dropped bigger /heavier object outside! With the sub going down and half our three car laneway full of heavy boxes and objects they leave. We again confirm that they will be returning in 2 days to move the remaining furniture and boxes from our apt.Two days later we are waiting and waiting for them to arrive, after their “allow for 1 hr late arrival note” we call only t be told by the receptionist that she doesn’t work sundays. Okay.. so we call another company number and find out NO truck or movers has been setup and they will not do anything about it. So now we are stuck having to beg for an extension on our old apt and stuck moving the remainder of the heavy stuff into our homeWe are still finding damaged boxes and items as we un pack and try to find an emergency moving company
