The staff are generally very friendly and helpful but why are there security guards that walk around and expect me to move out of their way when all they are doing is talking to each other. What's the point of them? They stand in front of me until I make way for them. It changes the entire feel for this location. No manners

They have fantastic pizza at the stone oven. Gladice makes the best pizza.
