Very Poor quality for the mattress. Got bobbles or fuzzball on cloth of mattress all over the mattress . When called VP singh the owner no response looks from him looks like he is not interested on listening to customers feedback. Spend 600 dollars on mattress and basebord. No after service no replying back to customer complains. Would not recommend to buy from here.

I used to buy a single mattress with a hard top and it's really hard and will last longer.The owner is really helpful and they made the mattress right there in the shop and also provided a warranty of 10 years on a hard top mattress.I have been using it for more than 3 years and have had no issues at all hence i recommend to a few students to get a mattress from here.

We bought 2 singles and 2 queen mattresses, the mattress was torn in 10 days, they guarantee 10 year warranty. They cant even last 10 days. Worst experience. We went to return he said we cant do nothing and spoke rubbish. He is a miser.

Worst Customer Service, they dont know how to serve the customer. We bought a mattress in July and got promised that if there is any problem for next one year its under warranty and it got worst just after a month, informed the owner regarding the issue and he replied that there is nothing to do with this. After requesting several times to either replace the mattress or refund the money. He is keep promising us every single week to visit our home and see the mattress since two months and he didn't show up. We called him today as well and he replied the same will come next week. Called him more than ten times but all in-vain. Never go there.
