Uche and Renee helped me today. I walked in with nowhere to start and they helped me find what I needed in literally ten minutes, and were so friendly too. Definitely could recommend this location

Wow everyone here was so helpful. We had a makeup artist named rashlee & she was fantastic!! She was a big help for mommy sister & I. She got our shade matches to the T & we were super impressed!! Will be coming back when I’m in the area.

I had an issue with product price here eitj a purchase I wanted to exchange and was unhappy with a service I needed dealt with immediately for an event. When I called I was told a manager would call me right back. 4 days later I see a missed call from MAC when the event was over. Call me right back took 4 DAYS!!!.

Rude staff, they didn’t even know what I was trying to return and right away told me I could only get an exchange, went to another location and got a return right away. Other stores are much nicer and welcoming than this store.

Was visiting out of town this weekend and decided to check this Mac Location out. Was extremely happy with the service I received (Reese) I believe was her name, was so wonderful to deal with. Turned my lash application into a full face makeover, and built a whole routine with me. The best attitude, and energy during the service. So knowledgeable too! Highly recommend my new favourite MUA when visiting Brampton! :)

I went into the store this morning knowing what I was looking for. However, I needed some guidance and suggestions. What I didn't know was I would start my day with the best customer service, ever. A positive attitude, a warm smile and a crazy amount of product knowledge...also known as Miss Hilary. Hilary, thank you for going above and beyond. You made me feel so welcome and cared for. Thank you for the product suggestions as well. You are the reason I will be a returning customer. Mac should make you a trainer, as you represent them so well. Popped into MAC yesterday as I hadn’t been in awhile. Was helped out by Renee, whom was very friendly and we chatted for a bit. She shade matched me for my foundation purchase and helped me pick a concealer and a couple of other items. Will definitely be coming back to this location for all my future MAC purchases.
