Went to Maaco to get my front end repainted as the clear coat was peeling and the paint cracking.
The staff in the front was super friendly working with me on the demands. The outcome was amazing, the front end looks like a brand new car. I am getting lots of compliments. They were able to fix a large scratch (more like a chunk missing) in the bumper from scrapping on a brick wall and smooth out the previous curb rash under the bumper.
The two reasons I took a star away. 1) the fact I had to go back to get a spot corrected which ended with repainting the hood again ( I get it not everything is going to be 100% every single time). When I confronted them they immediately agreed to fix it and schedule me back in. 2) second off a very small detail is putting down carpet protects in cars. In the area it's very dusty/muddy and both times I went my car front carpet was left with lots of dirt I had to shake out but just a minor inconvenience.

got a great price for rust repair and for painting hood of car. the work made the car look brand new again. see attached before and after photos. That was about 4 years ago. I just went in 2024 and got scratches on car door fixed for 1500 plus tax. Still a great price and great service

These guys do not know what they’re doing.
Quoted me unnecessary work and informed me that my finish would not be paint matched. Quote was nearly quadruple what I ended up needing to pay for a shop down the road to get it done, without the unnecessary work and with a spectrophotometer paint match. I would recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else as this place seems to bank on the chance that you do not know what you’re doing. If you are knowledgeable about paintwork you will come to see their rates are extremely high for the quality of work performed, and industry standard technology and equipment is not being used.

Great price for my repair and it was completed very quickly.
Rajesh took care of my scratched 2022 Cadillac Escalade and repaired it extremely quickly. the repair looks better then the factory paint. Exceptional customer service and great workmanship.

If someone is going to pay few thousands of dollars, you would think you would get better customer service. I came in May 7th and got a written estimate with Ross as he saw my vehicle in person and told me to purchase a different trunk lid as it would be easier for them to repaint rather then fill the holes from my original one that had an aftermarket spoiler. I go out and source one for him and had it installed as well. He also quoted me on painting a different hood as well in the estimate as well as some other miscellaneous body work he saw that needed to get done along with the respray of the vehicle. Fast forward a few weeks and I come to drop the vehicle off on a Friday and he says the hood actually needs much more work than originally anticipated. I said sure let me know how many more hours of work and the cost and I left the vehicle with him. He said he would give me a call on Saturday or Monday. I wait till EOD Monday and no call from him. I give him a call and someone answers saying Ross will call me back in a few minutes. Again, no call back from him. I follow up the next day, Ross picks up and says hes super busy and will give me a call after lunch time. Again, no call back like he said he would. I call again twice, and no one answers my call all day. I then go into the shop, which was empty and it is just Ross sitting on his phone watching tv and one worker in the back sleeping in a customers vehicle. He then tells me its not his fault his body guy is not around to give an estimate? Ross was the one who originally gave me the estimate and the suggested work that needed to be done in the written quote. Maybe you should communicate that to the customer instead of ignoring them and keeping their vehicle with no 'new' estimate or any timeline? Why waste everyone's time and run a body shop and take on work when you don't have the resources or personal capable to get the work done in the first place? If you want to go to Maaco just use another location as Ross and his team are not transparent at all. There are plenty of other body shops that can get the job done for the same price but with better customer service.

I took my 2017 Hyundai Elantra to Maaco auto collision located at 290 Rutherford Road in Brampton for an estimate on some minor repairs, Ross greeted me and took a look at the car. He gave me a reasonable estimate and said they could take the car in as soon as possible, so I left the car with him right away. Within two days, I was told that the car was ready for pick up. When I got there, I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the job they had done, they had washed the car and also cleaned the interior, even washed the floor mats that were covered in salt. You don’t get such service these days, I am really impressed by the quality of the work done and by the way I was treated by Ross and Rajesh. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for car or vehicle repairs. Thanks again Ross and Rajesh.

If you want a car painted at a highly professional level for an INCREDIBLE PRICE, this is the place to go. Raj and his team did an amazing job, and were able to fit me in on short notice.I truly can’t say enough good things about this place and will definitely be a repeat customer.

I took my car here to hopefully get it painted. One the owners came out and gave me a verbal estimate and to call when I had made my decision. I called a few days later and told them i wanted it done and gave all my information! When I brought the car in they had no records of ANYTHING. They were rude and inconsiderate And argued with us instead of working something out. would NOT RECOMMEND!

Had a big scratch on my side door. Got my porche fixed. They did a fantastic job, with the most cost efficient way from the various quotes I got. Highly recommend!

They did an excellent job on my car. The body panels of my car was dented and scratched after someone hit it. Rajesh and his team were able to fix all the dents/scratches and match the paint to factory. My car looks brand new again. They are very professional and I highly recommend them.
