Love rona. But anytime you're looking for a common item... seems to never be in stock. Sucks when you waste your time and energy going there and not getting what you need. Specially when you're a contractor.

Very disappointed with the staff approach for locating vanity. Their counts are wrong. Kennedy store guy young Indian guy told us by looking at only 5 minutes that they don’t have , count is wrong , then how we are going to trust their work and business, he told us not to go to other store Sunday less staff and no one help. Thanks god we didn’t listen to this lazy guy and went to Mississauga location. Their inventory count was correct and they guy named Benji even load in my car. I will never recommend anyone to trust they suggestion and inventory .

Sad service... We called they said in stock drove 2hrs with trailer to pick up front desk said item was damaged sent back to warehouse. ..told to go find other stores

i came in last friday 8pm looking for ice melter. 2 sales men were so nice, they took me to the spot, explained me why that is the choice. saturday early morning, the other sale man helped us to load up 8 bags of 50lb. thank U so so much.
i came back 19 Sep, 2024, to order the dryer. Thank U so so much. Sanjit and his team helped a lot , from picking and telephone checking. i liked your on time shipping too.

I was at this location to buy a laundry set and a stove. There was an employee who said I am sending someone to help you. Although he was working in same area. Another person came and they were talking something else. Lack of professionalism. He saw me walking away- but was not interested in asking. Wasted my time. Rona should do something about this behaviour. Not acceptable.
