This store discriminates against Indian people. Buyers beware don't give your money to them. Refuses valid government ID (2 pieces) stating that it doesn't look like the person in the ID. Relax, you don't sell alcohol or tobacco, no one is bringing someone's else ID to shop at your store. When worker or owner was confronted, she showed that she didnt care at all. I stayed 20 minutes and watched her allow non-indian people into the store but kicked out all the indian people. I spoke to them asking what happened and they all said the same thing happened to them about "ID not looking like them" and that "they look younger than 18". These guys all looked like they were in their late 20s...
To the person/owner i met on sunday night before closing (3/17/24) you know exactly who i am because my wife confronted you while crying and you were insensitive and gave zero care. We came in with the intention of spending $200+, if you aren't the owner then you are obviously costing the owner money. If the owner approves of your behavior, good luck because your store is located in brampton.

Posting on my throw away account. TL;DR- After a grueling bus trip, was refused service not because my ID was invalid or that I was underage, but because of, allegedly, how I looked. Also mildy questioning if they've seen an Ontario Photo Card.Went here to hopefully find an item that was not avaliable at a completely different adult shop in Missasauga and got carded. Fine. She sounded hesitant so I asked if pulling down my mask would help. I did that. Proceeded to ask why the corner of my completely valid Ontario Photo Card was cut. How should I know? It came in the mail like that. Even Googling a picture will show you a sample with the same detail. Was asked for a drivers license. Don't have one. I take public transit. Because if I drove (and should possesse a valid driver's license), I'd have no reason for a Photo ID Card. At this point I swear my age and even ask if she'd like to see an older ID (I keep Picts on my phone just in case). Even offered to confirm the name with my debit card (because at that point I feel like she does not believe it's me). She said she didn't need to see my debit card, which is understandable. Was refused service because, and I quote, "You look really young", with my card still in her hand.....I post this with no personal negativity towards the staff that work there. The lady with whom I spoke was very polite and I 100 percent respect them exexcising their rights to refuse service. It's a private business. If anything, I commend them for being responsible by carding customers. But I left that shop feeling, confused, embarrassed and self-conscious about my appearance, on top of the time I wasted going there there. Guess I gotta wait ten years till I'm 38 to shop here .
