Great service. Jerry was our installer. You can tell he's been installing windows for years. His attention to detail is amazing. He installed a baywindow at our house and finished the box in aluminum. Everything looks super smooth, from the aluminum to the caulking. Single large pieces were used instead of stitching small pieces together. Quality job that's gonna last a lifetime.

We are super pleased with our entire experience! Sunny was so accommodating, helpful, patient and always quick responding from the sales team. We had 10 windows and front and patio doors installed by Jerry and Peter with exceptional attention to detail and great work. We felt completely taken care of and in good hands from start to finish, it was a pleasure meeting everyone.

I would like to thank Sid and his team for providing exceptional customer service. We hired Sid to replace our bay window that was leaking and he provided the options and assured me that I will not have any water leaks. Sure enough that was installed by Sid and Simon in May of 2019 and there has not been any water leaks and the bay window looks beautiful. This year we had water come into our basement and I reached out to Sid for suggestions as he is very knowledgeable and I trust his opinion. Sid came out promptly the next day to assess our patio door and communicated possible options of water leak and helped me navigate and understand the causes. There are very few people who take the time with their customer's to help them fix a problem that may not help them sell their product. Sid once again went above and beyond to help me fix my problem. He provided a reasonable solution that was cost effective and I had the pleasure of having Sid and Jerry fix my patio door. Jerry is an exceptional installer he has years of experience and great attention to detail and took the time to install my patio door. Lifetime Windows and Doors truly stands behind the word "Lifetime" as when I reached out to Sid after 5 years he remembered me and promptly came out to assess the patio door problem that was poorly installed by another company. We sincerely appreciate your assistance, knowledge and taking the time out of your vacation and busy schedule once again to provide exceptional customer service. Thank you Sid.

Sid and has his team did a fantastic job. We replaced All Windows and doors replaced in our house. He provided regular status updates while the windows and doors were being built by vendors. I would recommend Sid and his team anytime. They do an incredible work of supporting the customers with phenomenal work

Adding to original review 3 years ago after using Lifetime again for more windows. Sid and Sunny are great to deal with. Honest and straight goods, useful information! Thank you again for a great install at our home. As usual they took care of us and any issues were dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction.
2021 review: We had a great experience with the purchase and installation of a patio door recently. Sunny was attentive and followed through on everything he said that he would do as well as being punctual. Installation of the patio door was quick and efficient as promised. There were no surprises and the installers were very friendly. The installers left no mess or debris. They went out of their way to show me how to remove the panels for large appliance deliveries. There was one small issue but it was easily remedied and they followed through the process without me having to prompt or chase them. The issue was resolved to our total satisfaction and we always felt that Sunny was taking care of us. We are looking forward to purchasing additional windows next year with Lifetime Windows and Doors.

Syd the fellow that came to my house was an absolute gem!! I did read his reviews prior but he is better than his awesome reviews! :) I immediately took a liking to him and his sincere demeanor and the job went without a hitch and his co workers Peter and Ninja were amazing as well! Polite respectful crew and I will contact them again in the future without any hesitation!!

Got my windows replaced a month ago from Lifetime! I am extremely happy with my entire experience from the sales call all the way to the installation. The team was great and very understanding of all my needs. I am a bit particular, so I did extensive research before making my final decision. Thank you to Sunny and Sid for your patience and your help. Simon and his installation crew did a fantastic job installing my new windows and doors. My house looks beautiful as I imagined, and I have already noticed a huge difference in my home. The team cleaned up very well and treated my home like their own. I would highly recommend these guys for all your windows and doors projects. Keep up the good work guys!

I am a very picky shopper and not easily impressed. But I have to give it to the team Lifetime for their outstanding customer service, sales representative and installation team for their top notch service. We are extremely happy with all aspects of the windows and customer service we received from Lifetime Windows. They provided the best windows and best service of any of the companies we looked at. The customer service from Sid was professional and friendly. The windows are of excellent quality manufactured by Dayside Windows and exceed the standards required to receive the green energy gov't rebate. Lifetime Windows used the best in the business installer- Jerry. The installation is as important as the windows- and we were very happy with Jerry who took great care to ensure the highest quality installation. We had a complete brick to brick window and frame replacement vs retrofit in the old frame so that all the foaming and sealing around the windows would ensure the best air sealing. We saw that Jerry did a good job of filling all the spaces around the window with the foam. The interior finishing of the trims and exterior finishing of the caulking was impeccable. We are very very happy with the whole experience and absolutely love our windows.

Great services by Lifetime windows. I’ve changed all the windows in my house. Sunny provided me great service and reasonable quote for triple glass windows. He went above and beyond for providing me top of the market services. Definitely choosing them for any other projects and recommend their services to use by others too.He promised me to provide best in class windows as well as he put his top installer for my house windows replacement. They finished up the job of 12 windows on same day. It was really impressive and cleaned up the house after they finished the work.
