I had a really disappointing experience at Let’s Talk Wireless today, that I feel compelled to share. To start, the prices they quote over the phone are not consistent with what you’ll find in-store. My mom called earlier in the day and was told a price, but when I arrived, the price was different. It felt like he was giving different prices to different people, which is incredibly frustrating.
Additionally, when I misunderstood the quoted price and expressed interest in the lower one, he became defensive and insisted on charging me for labor. While he was working on my phone, he seemed angry and aggressive, making loud noises that made me uncomfortable. At one point, I even heard his father telling him to calm down, but he ignored it.
To make matters worse, the woman who works there was rude, adding to the negative atmosphere. I understand that misunderstandings happen, but there’s no need for rudeness. When I finally got my phone back, the screen wasn’t functioning properly, and when I asked for a fix or replacement, he flat-out denied it and still charged me.
This experience has completely changed my perception of this place. I used to be a regular customer, but I will never return or recommend Let’s Talk Wireless to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and find a more reliable option!
This is not a fake review. I visited today, and you can verify through your cameras. Additionally, I want to mention that the conversations are recorded without consent. As the lady worker played the voice recording to me.

Bad experience from here.
I replaced my mobile battery from the mobile store in Brampton east location. Before replacing the battery I asked them if it is a genuine apple battery or not. They told me it is an original part of the iphone. But after changing the battery its showing unrecognized part . I went to apple store and enquired about this matter and they told me its not an original part, thats why it showing this notification on my phone. I discussed this matter with the shop owner. But he is denying it. I asked him to fix the issue. But he is not willing to do so. I even asked if they can reimburse my money so that I can get a genuine part from the apple store itself. But he is not willing to do that as well.
Any way I filed a complaint against them at the Ministry of Public and Business service.
Don’t recommend this store to any one.

I had a very disappointing experience at Let’s Talk wireless mobile repair shop.I took my phone in for what I thought would be a simple screen replacement. The service was far from satisfactory. The repair took much longer than promised, and when I got my phone back, the screen was poorly installed and had visible defects. To make matters worse, the staff were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in addressing my concerns. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience and will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Man, let me tell you about this cell phone repair shop in Brampton. It's an absolute disaster! I took my phone there because the screen was cracked, and they made it even worse. The screen replacement they did was sloppy, with visible gaps and dust under the screen. On top of that, they charged me way more than other places in town. The customer service was terrible; the staff was rude and unprofessional. They didn't even apologize for messing up my phone. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs!

I had a disappointing experience . I took my phone in for a screen replacement, but not only did the repair take twice as long as promised, the quality of the work was subpar. The screen has noticeable gaps and flickers occasionally. Customer service was also lacking; the staff were unresponsive and seemed indifferent to my concerns. I wouldn't recommend this service based on my experience.
