Be very carefully around this lcbo. The old woman manger dose not care about their Customer safety. I put in a complaint about the old woman manger 2 months ago and lcbo still has not got back to me. They rather protect the drug dealers then their own customers. Maybe the old woman manger gets a discount from the drug dealer that's why she choice the drug dealers side instead or mine??

I was shopping here because it was the only store in the province who had the liquor I was looking for. Like I child in a candy store, I went in for one item and walked out with dozens. Staff were extremely helpful, and I believe management went out of their way to search for one specific item I was looking for and for a while, but took a shot to ask and they tried finding it for me, but with no success.

Where do I begin ?
Overpaid staff performing important duties like bottle wiping, cleaning broken bottles on floor. Putting out wet floor signs, Cashiers, forgetting to ask if you collect aeroplan points, letting criminals steal bottles right in front of them. Not allowing your kids to push your cart full of beer or put the cans on the checkout counter.
Honestly, the LCBO needs to go. Much more money could be collected for the Province if they ditch the LCBO
