What a horrible experience, don’t waste your time at this location.
The manager Ray is completely unprofessional. I asked him for help with wine and he looked at me while on the phone and said “can you wait”! I then stated that I was a customer and that you should be helping me, he then rolled his eyes and walked away. LCBO should be ashamed of hiring such people with blatant disrespect.

Went to buy something specific, which was a return, and the store had put it aside when I called to reserve.
Friendly staff and management.
Great place to get certain sizes of spirits that the majority of stores don't carry.

Been going here since i turned 19 and never got id. Come today and got id, cool. They thought it was fake and i showed my health card after, credit cards with my name, college card all with my name and they didn’t believe me. Extremely rude employees.

08/08/24 8:15 pm. The tall chubby guy with long blonde hair and very oily skin. U my man have a very bad attitude. No hi hello or r u collecting rewards. Just ring hold ur breath and count to ten. If u don’t like dealing with customers u should go stand at an assembly line in a factory. I was so glad and happy LCBO was on a strike cuz of people like this. U guys took ur jobs for granted and almost paid the price. I sincerely hope y’all strike again cuz believe me the community was not with u. Only the workers were.
