Absolutely horrendous cx service. Paid $118 for a cardigan and it got lints within 2 wears and without a single wash. Contacted the cx support team and they directed me to go to the store. Went to the store and they said they will contact the cx service team . I dont think Laura should be in business at all.

I had bought a coat as a gift for my mum and had to return. Worst experience at the Great Lakes location with the assistant manger who refused to do the return. All the tags were there, I had only removed the price tag since it was a gift, but I had it with me, also had the receipt. Went to the Vaughan Mills location and had zero issue in returning it for a full refund!

I was at Laura on Monday when my mom started to feel unwell. My dad and I rushed out and unfortunately we don't know if his phone fell in the store. Is there anyone to check. I will call or be there tomorrow hoping for a miracle that you have it holding. Btw, Virginia ROCKS!!!!!Her friendly demeanor can change any bad day upon entry to purchase and out!!! Her personality sells the place!!!

I was there last Sunday. The salesperson named Nancy was so nice and helpful. Never in any way was she annoyed when I asked her questions about the clothes or that I need something which fit my budget. She was adorable - I have a toddler and her being playful did not annoy any of the staff. I really appreciated the advice of Ms. Nancy. If I could rate her service it would be a 100 on 10. She was professional, sweet and understanding. Thank you for your time and advice. I will without any hesitation recommend this store!

Visited store to return a dress yesterday and they gave explanations that it couldn’t be returned and only be provided gift cardBut visited store in sherway gardens and returned dress without any hassle.Please teach your employees to be polite in this stressful situation aka CovidThank you.

Employee's at this location are very rude in speaking to their customers. She kept on following me like I am going to steal something while I was shopping.My personal experience with this store was bad, and I did leave it due to the tone of that employee.
