This location has one of the WORST customer service i've ever experienced. I had a horrendous experience with Kushi who was the manager on duty. The location was out of bags, didn't even have any for purchase. I was buying intimates and did not feel comfortable walking to my car (which was parked extremely far) with the items in my hand. I asked the cashier if theres anything, like tissue or anything that we can wrap my items in. She ended up getting the manager who was the most difficult person met. I explained my situation calmly and how I am very uncomfortable leaving the store with the items, I was trying to come up with solutions like wrapping the items in paper or potentially getting a walk-out to the car and to EVERYTHING she was saying "No, our store will get in trouble" It makes absolutely no sense. On top of this when i asked for her regional managers information she told me she was on vacation and doesnt want to bug her... yeah. I then asked for the store managers information and she didnt want to give me that. She was basically telling me to go screw myself. I honestly was so taken back. I then asked for her name, which again, she did not want to give me. I only got her name because another employee called her by her name. This store realllllllly needs redirection, as women we should be supporting each other. Not creating unnecessary problems because someone forgot to order bags. Honestly if you are reading this DO NOT GO HERE. GO TO THE HEARTLAND LOCATION INSTEAD!! And whatever you do, DO NOT ASK KUSHI for help. She's literally the worst. I genuinely believe she needs WAY more training.

The cashier at 6:17pm today(Wednesday) was hella rude. I didn’t even said a word. She was being rude to me for no reason. I was in the checkout line. She was old but with zero manners. I didn’t said a word, left the line and didn’t bought anything at all.

This store could really use seating for guys to rest while the ladies tried on some clothing. You’d probably sell more clothes as I’m currently rushing my significant other to get the heck out of here faster.

I wish I could give this location 0 stars. Yesterday Saturday March, 9th I called the store at 12:53 asking if I could make a return in store for a bathing suit that was additional 50% that was purchased the day before. The bottoms had a hygiene tag as well. The girl I spoke to said that I would be able to make a return for the purchase as it says for the return policy, sale items have a 15 day return policy, and that the refund would go to the original method of payment. When me and my sister came into the store I went up to cash and told one of the cashiers that I have a return to make, and when she saw the items she looked confused and stated I could do an exchange only because it was “additional 50%” and I’m like no I spoke to a girl earlier and she said I would be able to make a return. Then she asked her fellow cashier that also said it’s exchange only. If the back of your receipt says 15 days for a return or exchange and the item was bought the previous day why are you denying me to make the return? Then the girl called for the manager who had ABSOLUTELY no customer service skills at all, and repeated the same thing as the cashiers and stated how fellow employees need to be clarified of the return policy. If the back of receipt states the return policy, is this not one company and the same policy you should be following???? After I explained the same thing to the manager she refused to the return. I left because this was just horrible and unacceptable because other locations follow the same return policy that is stated on the company website and receipt. Then my sister called customer service and another location to ask about the return policy and they both stated that they shouldn’t have denied the return and that they should’ve done it. That’s when customer service called the store and the manager tried to twist the story saying she wasn’t aware of what was going on??? Are you for real??? What kind of management is this store hiring and keeping on their team? This same manager rolled her eyes at me and my sister and was upfront rude, she was aware of what was going on and was so persistent on not letting us do my return. I’ve heard multiple stories from other people from this location denying returns after MANAGEMENT following those customers around the store and making them so uncomfortable, an investigation should be done into this location and especially management and retrain and educate them on customer service and to learn how to follow company policy, WORST LOCATION EVER BEWARE. The funniest thing was the return was only 29$??

The manager at la vie en Rose brach in the Trinity location is very rude to the customers. I don't know who made this person the head. She should know how to manage her attitude. I go to store today to return bras because size did not worked for me and she said I cannot take it its smelly and you have wear the bra which I just brought 2 days ago . I told her that I have not and she have not returned it . Please donot ever visit this branch . ZERO star!
