I brought up a complaint about how the British swim school employees were eating on deck which is against provincial regulations, and gross. In response the manager with a ponytail responses VERY rudely and accused me of being hostile and saying basically 'if you're not an employee why do you care'? And this is why he is obviously neglecting his job. Every day I see him treating the gym as tinder and flirting with girls or being chummy with 'his boys', and in response to a real complaint he got so aggressive with me, while displaying horrible customer service, and then upon calling to complain about this there was of course no action as he was the operations manager, in fact they forgot to hang up and I heard the girl at the front badmouthing me to him right there during that phone call. Do better, I don't pay a membership to face this condescension and misogyny. This isn't even a case of the customer is always right, this is a case of you guys getting mad at me for calling out your disregard for LEGAL REGULATIONS.

Love this gym! Specially the classes they provide Zumba and yoga classes. Environment is good and clean.

Great place to train. Only problem is members on their phones too long and holding up the benches/ machines. Management needs to address this issue

I have been going to this place for over 3 yrs now. Good people all around and even better staff and instructors. BUT the new. So called Manager MOH. OMG. He has no manners and zero to negative customer service skills. The water fountains have not been working for a few days and when asked he says I am snapping at him. He said. Oh you are not polite and did not greet me well. He was sitting and chit chatting with the reception staff when he should have been doing his job.
Utterly disrespect guy. Then he leaves the place and leaves a junior team member to few. The other person was good and humble and understands the situation and kept apologizing. But this guy MOH omg. I have never ever seen any one in this gym so very rude.
I have many more people who have the same experience with him.

Best gym in brampton. I have joined this gym 3-4 months ago. I am taking personal training under the assistance of RAKESH BAJWA(nutrition and health specialist) fitness coach and my personal trainer is Mohit Malik. Really great experience working with them .Their guidance and training is absolutely praiseworthy.

Worst gym in Brampton specially the front receptionist lady boy. Do not deserve even 1 star because of the level of service and unprofessionalism they provide.

Such a great environment to work out. Although it can be really busy most of the times it is a great place with a large pool debts upto 4.5 feet. It also has got a hog tub and separate saunas for men and women.

First of all the guy at the reception sahil is super duper nice Guy ,Bro keep up the good work.
However why this gym smells like sewage and there is no music .
When enquired staff informed there is some.problem with pipeline (but why is that not being fixed ) .
Please make sure some air freshener is sprayed in the morning and during the day .
Last but not the least lighting is also needs an improvement .
