I was scheduled to work in the area for a couple days. I have a 4 hour break between shifts and wanted to go to an LA Fitness with a SAUNA to kill time.
Called the surrounding LA Fitness locations and they all picked up and were respectful, however they did not have a sauna at their locations.
Iv tries calling this location 3 different days, maybe 3 or 4 times each day, 2 or 3 hours between each call. Not one time has anyone answered my call, so I need to drive around to figure it out when someone could have just answered the phone to say if they had a working sauna or not.
Not sure what's going on but answering the phone should be a relatively important task for a business, especially one like this..
Id suggest figuring out why no one answers the phone..

the gym is good but some of the equipment is outdated. could use an updated cross cable machine and some new machines that other gyms already have.

Great location, lot of equipment. Even when it's busy you can easily do your excersize.

Good equipments. But the place never gets cleaned. Nothing is ever swept or mopped. There's alot of dust and dirt everywhere.
The gym members hardly ever put back their weights. Alot of weights and barbell are misplaced all over the gym.

They are so stupid
Once you have membership
They don’t cancel it
I tried calling them several times you can see the attached photos
Firstly person asked what is this call regarding then i told i need to cancel my Membership. He just droped the call and when i had membership it was evening after 5 PM and how come i can not cancel in evening. How i have to come 9 to 5 .
I will highly recommend do not go to this GYM.

The club is big and has an ample amount of equipment to facilitate multiple people trying to use the same machine. We were Fernando on the front desk and Maria Fortese at the Membership desk, very friendly staff.

I cancelled my membership 5 months ago and to my surprise they were still taking money from my account. They also wrote my last name incorrectly on my cancellation receipt.

As far as the amenities I think this place is awesome!!! It has pretty much everything you need. So much equipment and cardio to choose from. The only thing I would complain about is that members dont put the weights away in the right spots and throw tissue on the floor and dont throw away. I wish people could be more considering of others.
