I've been a loyal customer at Krown on Rutherford Rd in Brampton for several years, bringing in both of my vehicles for rustproofing. Overall, I've been quite satisfied with the service here, but there's one minor suggestion I'd like to mention later. Let me begin with the positives. The head technician or junior manager is always courteous and understanding. I trust the technicians' expertise and I am impressed with their work. There was one instance where my mechanic felt the back of my car hadn't been thoroughly coated. When I raised this concern with Krown, they promptly performed a complete undercoating again at no extra charge and without hesitation. I truly appreciated their responsible and considerate response.Service is consistently prompt, even during busy periods, and scheduling appointments on weekdays or weekends has never been an issue. On quieter weekdays, the service is even quicker, and walk-ins are possible, although calling ahead is still advisable. The receptionist is also courteous, patiently addressing all inquiries to the best of her abilities. Additionally, the facility is tidy, and there are several comfortable chairs available for customers to relax in while their service is being performed.However, as noted by other reviewers, the main manager, Ali, often exhibits poor customer service skills, regardless of the customer's demeanor. Unfortunately, it seems he is not concerned about improving his attitude, even with polite customers. As a result, I prefer to interact mainly with the head technician and the receptionist. Nevertheless, Ali must be doing something right because this Krown location is efficiently managed, and the service quality has consistently met my expectations.All the technicians are hardworking, professional, and polite in my experience. Additionally, the rustproofing compound they use and their application method effectively protect vehicles from rust. I would suggest that Ali consider treating long-time and well-intentioned repeat customers with more respect to ensure they feel completely at ease. However, this minor issue doesn't overshadow my overall positive experience with the service here.If you approach the staff respectfully, particularly the head technician and receptionist, they are more than willing to assist and accommodate you.

This is my first experience at this place. They say first impression is the best but it wasn't like that. Very poor poor customer service ?. Ali's customer service is very very poor. Doesn't know how to handle a customer. Because of him, I didn't get my SUV rust proof.He needs a lot of training when it comes to customer service. He has none. Moreover, they should provide accurate information to customers.I went to have my SUV done today (Dec 9th), and didn't even cancel my appointment but went out to talk to my nephew. When I came back, ALI, had cancelled my appointment. How cruel of a person he is. Again poor poor customer service.A business to foster, needs customers, no matter how great the business is without it's customers they are nothing.Thanks to Ali for the not so wonderful experience he gave me of this place, now I will pass onto my family and friends.Thanks.

Went to do undercoating, asked about getting my aunts vehicle undercooked as well. Lady at front desk didn't specify vehicles having to be in same house hold. When my aunt came for the appointment she was told it had to be same household but it was not mentioned before. They put no effort to appease or honor it. When she went to her car to get her phone to call me they canceled her booking and filled it in with someone else. She is new to owning a car and wants to keep it in well condition but this business has showed her that she won't get good service and support to do so. Ali, who works there has no customer service skills and only cares for themselves. I am a CAA member and they had not mentioned that there are discounts for that. Again they don't care for the customers. Quality of the rustproof service is as expected, slightly rushed but customer service needs to be improved.

Terrible experience at this location. This is my 2nd year going there, last year they did a good job but this time i brought a new car and one of the technicians scraped my inner door panel. When I decided to confront them over the phone the technician which ended up being the manager was being ignorant and hung up the phone on me. Didn’t expect any compensation from this which was confirmed over the phone and he still decided to be rude and ignorant about this situation. He then lied to my grandmother about hanging up the phone and parts of our conversation which she was also present to hear. Whats done is done the least he could’ve done was ask the guys that helped work on the car or if he knew he was in the wrong admit it. I highly recommend going anywhere else but this location, definitely the last time coming here.
