Beware of buying warranty from this company and specially from Indian guy who is a owner but when he do not have an answer than he is telling that owner is not here.
They charged us 192 for warranty and when we purchased that told us that this is 3rd party warranty and will be refundable if u do not use.
When I called the store today and they said that they never buy a warranty for you.
I have a separate receipt of payment for warranty.
I think that they are collecting money for warranty and put the money in their pocket.
shame to this company who is treating our country man like this.

Just got delivery of new bedroom set Eliza black. Love the quality of the set. Got lower price than market and fast delivery. Will recommend Kitchen and Couch in future. Thanks Aman and Inder for better deal.

Disgusting customer service and they not want wanting to reimburse you for their faulty self, they over charge and they say things will be delivered and yet it takes over 2months
The delivery guys came yesterday to set up my storage box spring for me and cursing in their language like I don't understand bad customer service never again am I going there and I won't recommend anyone there

Bought a sectional sofa in December 2023 and I was missing one of the pillows. Its been almost 5 months and still have not received my missing item. Everytime I call they always have excuses about the fabric being out of stock or they simply just forget about it. Sofa is good but customer service goes right out of the window once they get paid.
