My mom and I both went to find dresses for a family members wedding and we’re so happy we came here. The 3 employees working were the nicest people we met all day. Will definitely be returning for future needs! The customer service was amazing & we are both in love with our dresses!

The customer service and dress selection was unmatched. Spent days and many hours in shops prior to waltzing in this store on a whim. Laura was helpful informative and very attentive. Highly recommended. Prices were fair and within budget for this single mom. But quality was not discounted in the least. Thank you for an amazing shopping experience.

Thank for your help the morning I needed a dress for a wedding in the evening. The dress, under garment and accesseries, along with 2 suggestion of where, in the mall, where I picked up cute strappy sandels. All for a reasonable cost! Looked and felt good that night!!!

The young woman at the front of the store was very nice. We had asked her what brands they carry (If you sell dresses, you sell brands, it’s not that hard). She didn’t know so she asked the owner. The decrepit man responded very rudely, and was obscenely rude for the whole interaction. When we had enough and started to leave, he commented on my weight.
Save your money, and give it to a store that doesn’t sell cheap, shein quality dresses.

if i could give this place a 0 star i would. these people are greedy and they have 0 customer service. Farah and the owners daughter were terrible to deal with. Literally hustled me so much for a ripped and damaged dress. Honestly i would go into details but long story short your better off going to moniques in the mall or fashion nova online. A big scam and horrible customer service.

Horrible service! the store was busy and we were considerate of that but me and my sister were being completely rushed to making a decision, they barely gave us any time to choose what dress we wanted to get! Overall bad service, no patience with customer descions.

Farah was absolutely amazing! Went in to find a last minute dress to attend a wedding, and she made the process so easy. Was giving lots of advice, tips, bringing other dress designs for me to try on; that I would never of thought to try on but LOVED!Kudos to Elio for having some amazing people on his team! Such friendly vibes in this store, the staff treat you like humans and don’t just want your money!Highly recommend. Thank you for the amazing service!

I went to jadore looking for a dress for my brother's wedding and Melissa was such a great help and very friendly. She's very attentive and gives hi honest opinions and suggestions when asked. She is a asset to the store. The manager and staff were was very friendly.
