We were served by Andrea and her colleagues at the cashier cashing us out. Andrea and her colleagues went above and beyond despite us being last minute customers. Did not hurry us out. Offered to register us for the credit card and maintained a friendly outlook. I have to admire people like Andrea and colleagues ???

What happened to this store?? It looks like its been looted. The women's shoe section looks like a back alley. Not even one person around to assist. An absolute terrible experience.

The customer service was helpful however something about this location where it's not appealing to shop almost as if the ones in Toronto carry completely different clothes all together. This was my opinion on my experience. Good day.

Anastasia was very unprofessional. She was literally forcing us to put money for charity in our bill and was very rude and said mean things when we refused to do so. The staff was not at all happy to help.

Worst experience ever. I will never even dare to go back there. I was standing there on counter and their employees were doing gossip with each other. Even though manager was very rude and talking in very harsh way. They don’t know what customer service is and how to greet them. I will suggest everyone not to go there. I don’t even want to give one star rating.
