The staff there is really professional and very respectable i would recommend to shop here at Heaven Fine Jewellers. they tested my diamonds over there at Heaven Fine Jewellers. the staff have very high knowledge of gold and diamonds and best prices for your buck i would recommend to shop at Heaven Fine Jewellers.

Since my first visit to this store, I was treated with respect and care before they even knew my name. Now as a returning customer after a few visits, I can say there is no other Jeweller in Brampton that i can recommend any higher than these guys. Both locations are filled with amazing and knowledgeable staff who are more than ready to help those who enter!

I needed some jewelry repaired and my wedding band resized for some time, but I felt reluctant to go to just any jeweler. I read excellent reviews about Sham at Heaven Fine Jewellers and decided to go in to check him out. I asked specifically for Sham when I went in. He went above an beyond what I had asked for. He is very knowledgeable and extremely kind and generous. He even cleaned the jewelry my daughter and I were wearing for no charge. He is patient and listened very closely to what we said.
If you need any assistance with your jewelry, I'd highly recommend visiting Heaven Fine Jewellers and asking for Sham.

Best jeweler ever. Had a Madonna piercing which would not turn so I could remove it. The jeweler worked his magic after me going to two different tattoo shops for them to take it out. He did it in 2 seconds. Thank you so much for your services. ?

When the owner isn’t here, the service is absolute rubbish. I knocked today and one of the angry blonde old women stared back, raised her eye brows and asked rudely “what?!”. Seems these women hate being there.

I have a 12 year old Citizen Eco watch which lost power when kept in a drawer (my mistake when redecorating). Power resumed after started to wear it but lost date and time. I couldn't reset. Took it to Heaven Jewellers at Shoppers World. Owner knew exactly how to reset - complicated process using the crown and two buttons. Fantastic service - really pleased and chuffed that there are businesses that put customers first.

Had a necklace which I had forgotten I took in to get fixed. My phone number changed so they were not able to contact me but held onto my necklace after 3 years. They were amazing as they remembered me and told me they still had my necklace. I typically buy my jewlery at this location they are so friendly and professional I highly recommend them.

I guess better late than never for a great shop. Dealt with Sham on a watch purchase over Christmas and the service was impeccable. Also realized my parents shop there as well, which I can see why. Highly recommend Heaven Fine Jewellers for your jewellery needs.
